forgot to mention i had my mid treatment scan on my invisalign and the orthodontist basically said im doing really well and that i probably only have 15 weeks left 😳 also that i won’t have to use any elastics! bcuz at my last appointment they mentioned i might need those but he said i dont

my new set of invisalign trays i switched to this week are hurting my right 3 corner/front teeth so bad it hurts to take them off but i gotta eat so oughhh

changed to my next invisalign tray today and my teeth and gums ache sooo bad rn 🥴

had an appointment with the orthodontist today and he said my teeth are looking good and on track. my next appointment will be a new scan and then i might be getting elastics 😳

did a virtual check in with the orthodontist yesterday before switching aligners but they didn’t tell me in their note that i should stay on them for another 2 weeks!! … so now i emailed them to ask for clearer instructions. cuz the only written thing was to use the chewies to engage my front teeth better

switched to my 16th invisalign tray today and my molars are aching so bad ☠️

my appointment went well, ortho said i’m doing great and my teeth are shifting how they should. now i have the app set up so i dont have to see them more often. just have to take pics of my teeth every couple months and in person appointment every few months 😁

fuck i didn’t want to eat before my appointment this afternoon but i fear if i don’t eat now my stomach will growl like crazy
