Churai (Male Pikachu, Jolly, Somewhat of a Clown)
One of Zephyr's first three Pokemon; Churai and Zephyr bounce off each other due to their mutual jovialness though Churai will complain about hard work. Really loves fruit and pies.
Koroene (Female Delcatty, Naughty, Likes to relax)
Koroene and Zephyr share an understanding despite dis-similar personalities. Zephyr can count on Koroene's utility and ability to notice things he doesn't. Loves finding new places to lounge about in.
Shamoba (Male Blaziken, Serious, Highly persistent)
Zephyr's first Pokemon not given to him by family. Shamoba is his trusted go to and has been with him in most of his battles. Really considerate of others.

At a Personal gym in Frontier you can find a peculiar man who will help you train up your Pokemon and maybe teach them a new move or three.

Zephyr is a chosen name; Spiros is his mother's maiden name.
His naming pattern is based on taking one half of a Pokemon's Japanese name (their final evolution usually) and flipping them; akin to that children's game where one kid says one half of a word then another kid completes it only Zephyr isn't playing it right.

Winning the Sinnoh League (but not being able to defeat its Champion) when he was 18
Winning all the Sinnoh Battle Frontier Prints (also age: 18)
Representing Hoenn in the Master's 8 when he was 24.
What he's currently doing:
Running the Personal Gym in Frontier after a chance meeting with Cordy. He is both the head trainer (trainer as in someone who helps train themselves and their pokemon) and the representative of the gym in Battle Arena.
He has since moved there on a permanent basis with his Pokemon.
