F/O who is so boisterous and proud and outspoken and confident. And then stops to listen to whatever you have to say, no matter how quietly you may say it. Maybe they don’t appear to be giving you their full undivided attention because they know that it makes you nervous or uncomfortable, but they make it clear that they ARE listening closely with questions and comments. Maybe they force everyone else to also be quiet to make you feel heard and let you speak without having to filter out the background noise. But however they do it, they are listening and file every syllable that comes out of your mouth away in a special place in their mind as best they can.
