Info (lore/powers):

Rasine dosen't want to think about his memories. Physically and mentally, he is around 25-30, and considers himself to be 25.

He made a deal to remember his past- he found out that he's lost his memories in similar fashion before- he regained 10 years of memories, and he was previously Cerese- Savi's first boyfriend. He remembers mostly wandering- at the time, he didn't realize he had shifting powers, something has suppressed them, allowing him to age as humans did. Before he got sick, the suppression had been removed but he still didn't know he could shift, still didn't know how to. The suppression had prevented him from getting sick, and with it gone and still being unable to shift, he got sick, and as a defence mechanism, his memories were erased, and he spent five years blank- no memories made, moving on autopilot. He doesn't know, but he was a cause of a lot of bigfoot and alien sightings during that time.

He's a shapeshifter, with humanoids and birds being easiest to be. Other animals are still fairly easy, but he has to concentrate on the form. Insects are very difficult, he hasn't figured them out yet. Plants are hard, but possible, and he can keep the form for about 30 minutes, or until he gets hurt.

Inanimate objects are possible too, but he can only stay on that form for 5-15 minutes, or until the object is damaged.

He can also split himself into two people, but no more than that, and dosen't like doing so.

He's dating @/supervillain-offical and @/superhero-offical, though.. that's confusing right now.

He can also speak and understand Latin, French, English, Spanish, German, Greek and Japanese. (He was bored and he had very good memory. Mod does not.)

He can understand several types of sign language as well, but he has a hard time signing himself.
