my dad started questioning me about science homework I didn't do a year ago bc the teacher called it off and he kept on going through my bag and questioning me about this and that, and he kept on handing me things to hold even though there was a table right next to him so I dropped a seltzer bottle and my mom screamed REALLY fuckin loudly from the next room and I was like "ma it's just a bottle" and my dad was like "well? Are you going to answer my question or not?" and when I was like "what" he asked me if I brought my science test today from school for the third time this afternoon and then my mom started spazzing out in the next room so my dad interrupted me while I was telling him my science test score to tell me to go check in on my mom and she won't stop fucking screaming it's so so loud be quiet please shut up

bc of flat affect, I tend to overcompensate my emotions by truly saying what they are or acting them out to a degree. this is frustrating because on tired days I can show literally no emotion on my face even though I'm incredibly happy on the inside, and on manic days I'm paranoid people are going to think I'm tired for undercompensating emotions when really I'm not feeling anything, so I overact my emotions which makes me look FUCKING girly and theatrical
