Over the past few years VISSLA has put together a solid team of creative, humble and all around good humans to make up their Creators and Inovators team, which I feel super fortunate to be apart of. A couple months ago we all headed south of the boarder to a secluded zone to camp out, build boards, make art, form structures, eat good food, surf and connect on a deeper level. I’m still feeling all the inspiration that came out of the cliff side shaping trailer collaborations, late night Lam Jams and abundance of creativity happening everywhere you looked. @surfer_magazine @surferfilms recently put out a short film from this creative x social experiment. 9’4” pintail lam collaboration with @justbree. I met Bree and her right hand man @bobbytjoan in Japan a couple months ago @thegreenroomfestival. We got all stoked to work on a board together. So here is what came of it. I shaped and laminated this 9’4” log and sent it to her studio to have her do some final coats of her colored resin work. Super stoked on how it came out and how the process came together.
