Alhamdulillah

I am in tears. And it’s not a bad thing. They are happy tears. Tears of joy and peace. I am so happy that I found Islam. It moves me in such a strong way, I have so much sabr in becoming a better person and not just a better person but a better Muslim. From the day I converted to today, I feel a huge closeness to God that I have never felt before. Ya Allah I am so happy. All I can say over and over right now is Alhamdulillah. I have found such peace and happiness in such a beautiful religion. I have made friends with sisters whom I have grown so close to in the last 2 months and I hope to gain more from this. Not only sisters but brothers as well. I have found a family in people I have never met before. I feel as one with them. I feel whole in Islam. I am so proud to call myself a Muslim. Islam is such a beautiful religion. Ma shaa Allah. Allah truly has willed this for me, he has led me to his path for a reason and I am so happy to be following it.
