Picked up some lovely acrylics at Aaron Brothers, taking advantage of their closing sales. Update for me: I know I’ve been horribly inactive and I’m sorry to the few of you that follow me. I currently have two more weeks left at the room I was renting before I move to another temporary room for a part of the summer and then I’m not sure where for another month and a half, so needless to say I haven’t really had my own space to be creative and work on my dolls. However in October I’ll be moving to a more permanent place and I’ll be able to set up my own craft corner, which I’m very excited about! Already planning on furniture and a pegboard to maximize my crafting space, and I hope to have it done by November. If anyone has any suggestions for craft corners, I’d love to hear them! I’ll be back in the fall with more dolls for you, and I already can’t wait!

I was looking at the few faceups I’ve completed, and am astounded at how different they look after just a bit of practice. I can’t wait to see how much I improve throughout 2018!

My new pastels came in! They work so much better than the last ones, the color payoff is great! Plus picked up a mini straightener so I can get back to working on wefts. Lavender and maybe pink are likely what's going on Clawdeen, since I'm probably going to get irritated with her current hair

Gonna go ahead and call Elle finished! Messed up a bit on the eyes and didn't get them as precise as I was hoping for (partially due to wetting the pencil to get a richer color payoff) but really happy with the PearlEx in her face grooves! First time using false lashes, not sure how I feel about them.
