After a ROUGH week, I went to pole today. I learned this trick, Jade Split, today. I was reluctant at first, but it wasn't so bad after all. Thanks to my forever spotter, @jess.cook.069 for pushing me beyond my comfort level. I'm mentally, emotionally and physically STRONGER. I am more CONFIDENT in who I am as a woman. There were days when class was hard and I doubted myself in my head (and sometimes out loud) and my pole mama @jess.cook.069 was not having it. I have pole sisters that gas me up and encourage me and it means more than they probably know.
