Hey! It's Seriously Sydney, better known as SydtheIllustrator. I'm an ambitious artist and youtuber who is always open to a challenge. I usually focus on gouache, ink, and watercolor illustrations. I find inspiration in bold tones, complementary colors, shadows, anime, and expressive shapes.

I started on this thumbnail for a new illustration. I think the bunny will be in the center of the piece but I haven’t decided on the background.

I really enjoyed drawing this. I forced me to be more decisive and bold with my lines; which I feel gave the piece more personality. This portrait is not of anyone in particular, it is kinda a culmination of different people. She kinda reminds me of a runway model what do you think? Where you you guys like to get your inspiration and references from? This is a short time-lapse video of a fountain pen and brush pen portrait. In this video I talk you through some of the things I was going through and thinking of while painting this piece, some of my struggles with this piece, and how I was able to get these results. I also share a few techniques I used. If you have a Tik Tok creator or anyone else you would like to see a portrait of let me know down in the comments section. There is no wrong way to art; however some techniques make painting easier \ more fun and if you don't like the way it turns out you can always try it again later. Hey so this is the third watercolor palette 🎨 up for review. It is called the Prima Marketing Classics set and it received a Syd rating of 6✨. It outranked the Winsor and Newton cotman watercolors because I found these to be more fun to paint with.
