#431: I miss After Forever so much that I wish someday there would be a reunion. Playing some live shows with their old songs and put out a live dvd.

#430: Although I love Tarja's singing, I have to admit that her vocals with Within Temptation recently were horrible live. Yeah she was having fun with them but her tone of voice was just bad. Sharon did great though .

#428: To be honest, I don’t understand all the hate Tarja is getting for Innocence. I think she outdid herself with that song, the video is beautiful and the meaning is so important. I feel like it’s just becoming a trend to bash Tarja. She has been considered the queen of metal for a very long time and I think those that grew tired of her just don’t want her to be known under that term anymore. She’s not my favourite singer either and I don’t really care if she is the queen of metal or not, but all that hate should stop. I am just talking about the hate, not the critical opinions, those are completely fine to me, since everyone has the freedom of expressing their opinion.

#427: I’ve been depressed recently and also discovered Sirenia during this time. Reading the lyrics sounds exactly like my thoughts, and it makes me wonder what could have inspired such sorrow filled lyrics

#424: I know it’s not exactly symphonic metal, ( maybe pop-metal?) but I just respect Icon For Hire so much. It takes so much courage to sing and talk about mental health issues. Shawn Jump opened up about his alcoholism and recovery, and the majority of their songs are about either mental health issues, or the many problems in society and the world. They even stood up to their oppressive record label and went independent to continue making open and expressive music. I love their music because I can relate to it, and I snap admire the members of the band and their rough journey that they have taken to get this far.

#423: Honestly I still can’t get over the fact that I missed my one chance to see Epica live because I was in a mental hospital. I very rarely have the chance to got to any concerts because of financial and transportation issues, and I was so looking forward to it.😔 *Admin's note: So sorry to hear that! Hope one day soon you will!

#422: I’m still quite devastated over the fact that Liv Kristine has left Leaves’ Eyes. I possibly might be able to see them live in November, but I’m not even sure if it’s worth it because of the lead vocalist change-up.😕
