I still find it amazing that I snapped my femur in half playing sport, with no collusion, and the orthopaedic surgeon still said I had some of the strongest bones he'd seen in a twelve year old. What a freaky accident and strange time that was.

I thought I heard something... Atticus has worked out how to open the laundry cupboard door, found the cat treats, ripped the bag open and had a feast.

And some things for me from Spotlight! • Stretch rayon floral print for a not-too-mumsy lightweight dressing gown (brightest mum on the ward?!). • Purple stretch fabric for a cardigan-type feeding top (button down) because how can I resist deer, hedgehogs, toadstools and squirrels? Kid shouldn't get all the fun prints. • Bamboo cotton blanket for all my couch snoozing in lovely watermelon colour, and a knee/leg support pillow!! 👍🏼 (at Spotlight Fountain Gate)

Fabric shopping with @littlehomeonthehill today at @spotlightstores sale (30% off everything!) Fox stretch fabric (left) for a baby jumper. Bears print (top right) jersey for a baby jumper. Foxes on aqua flannelette for a wrap and burp cloths/bibs. White muslin with blue spots for nursery curtains. Balloon print cotton for bibs from the remnants bin. CUTEST BABY STUFF EVER! (at Spotlight Fountain Gate)
