Tooth arrives at their meet up spot. He's wrapped up in several layers but still shaking. Probably a mix of the cold and beeing nervous. He looks around trying to spot dm

At the meet up spot they could already feel the intense blizzard cold from outside, they were at a isolated landing spot, The dollmaker walked over once arriving and gestured.

Greetings, I told you it's very cold here...

He gently touches her wrists and neck looking for a pulse. But that's quite difficult to find under porcelain skin. It's eyes are zoned out, fully focused on what he can feel under his fingertips. He pays close attention to her joints and marvels at the craftsmanship allowing her to be posed without the furr jamming them up.

The pulse was hidden under the procelain but maybe they were alive? or dead who knnows. The eyes widen once more, before darting around. A small movement in the finger was seen.

Tooths face lights up like the sun itself. It's the most expressive he's been all day.

He carefully places her hand in his and stares at her face "can you do that again?"

He'd love to take her apart and inspect her components. Write a dissertation about his findings. Normal stuff. But he won't, he respects DM too much to harm his creation.

That hand is put in his hand, the female white tiger's eyes almost seemed to follow the other but seemed to be alert that the Dollmaker was simply watching their movements. He doesn't seem to be annoyed yet. The doll inched it's finger a little again.

I haven't quite perfected it yet.

It gently pats her head 'good girl'

Turning his attention back to dm he asks 'how did you turn her skin solid without destroying the furr? And how do her joints work? Does she need to eat to survive?"

He doesn't care for the ethics of owning another person like a doll or going against every medical oath. This is way more interesting.

I removed the skin carefully and fur via a small incision, almost like skinning before placing the porcelain underneath and then attaching using an extremely hot glue gun, it was a little difficult had to make some stitches here and there too. She unfortunately is a special case however the other ones do indeed need to eat, usually something that's more liquid than solids as most deny the sustinance.

"Does this make her immortal? Can she communicate?" While waiting for an answer it gently combs the fur on the back of her hand to the side to get a better look of her skin.

He exhaled before side eyeing.

She's...stuck inbetween, enough life to move her eyes but nothing more...I think she can feel everything, last time she seemed to have her eyes dilate so...there's that

"A masterpiece...have you ever been able to recreate that state with another doll? And can she still feel pain?"

The gears in his head are turning on high-speed. The possibilities...

I have...tried to. I am working on a decent doll at the moment actually. I can severe the nerves to stop them from feeling pain but most prefer the pain to still be there so they have ways of playing with their doll so to speak.

The tall snow leopard beastkin walked to a bookcase, pulling it to the side revealing the stairs downwards. The two began to descend the stairs, Dollmaker with such...grace.

Down the stairs was a complete prestine surgery room, it was certainly a former surgeons set up.

Tooth hurries to keep up, he doesn't want to miss a single thing. His tail is swishing excitedly as he climbs down the stairs after Dollmaker.

He takes a deep breath in the surgery room. The sterile smell relaxes him. He cleaned rooms just like this one more times than he can count. It slowly circles the operating table memorising the rooms setup.

There was another side of the room, it was a cage almost...disguised as a massive toy box, it was decorated, there was a smaller hybrid beastkin glaring meekly.

Greetings Mizuki, how are you today?

Mizuki glared. He didn't say a single word. Dollmaker rolled his eyes.

Always the same with you, isn't it, child?

Eyes flickering between Mizuki and Dollmaker before settling back on his host Tooth asks "uh why is he in a box?"

He steps closer to the cage to get a closer look at the decorations. He desperately wants to touch then and feel the details but he won't risk his hands

Mizuki glared, as the others come closer his fur bristles and prickles up. He's angry, he's hissing.

Stay the fuck away from me.

Dollmaker hummed.

You know that's not possible.

The box is more of a cage. It's just simply designed like such.

Tooth doesn't react to Mizukis hissing. He just stares. His eyes look completely blacked out because his pupils swallowed the green in his eyes. He knows keeping people in cages is wrong but he decides he doesn't care about that. Just like he does with foxes victims.

"I've never seen a Panthera beastkin. How'd you get him?"

Well fun fact. He's not a panthera. He's a snow leopard crossed with a white tiger...I'm his father...That's how i acquired him.

Mizuki glared his brows knitted.

FUCK OFF. I'm not your fucking child!

Tears prickled at his eyes, he already had wounds of the sorts. Just bruises and cuts for now.

It takes a moment for Tooth to understand the information he just heard. He just never thought about Dollmaker having a child.

"oOH! I guess you look somewhat similar. Even if he's..a bit roughed up at the moment."

He waves at Mizuki like one waves at a little child or a pet "Hello there~"

He should be on Mizukis side. He knows first hand what it's like to run from abusive family. In a parallel universe he might but here he just doesn't care to develop empathy for strangers.

Mizuki glared at the two, his ears stayed back.

Dollmaker mused a little.

Tooth stayed quiet during their altercation but he is completely zoned in on what's happening before him.

He studies the way Mizuki moves trying to catch any limping or jerky movements that could indicate prior...operations

"How'd you get him into the cage? He looks quite...beefy" he trails off, lacking a better word than beefy to describe the tiger

Dollmaker snorted.

He may look strong but I am stronger than him, he knows it too.

He can't wait to learn what kind of black magic witchery dollmaker does to keep his family alive.

He inches a bit closer to the operating table, precautions thrown over board.

Looking back at Dollmaker he asks "aren't you worried about his skin getting damaged by the electricity?"

Not at all. This one is...a little different. Most victims they wake up strapped to the table but he's very resistant with chemicals like that. His skin heals differently because he has something different inside him.

A heart of immortality.

Dollmaker pushed the other down on the table, using the metal restraints to fix him in place.

"Does he have a ginger gene or taken drugs in his teens? I know that can make people resistant to sedation."

He switched unto work mode and tuggs out everything he knows about surgery from it's brain but stumbles at the 'heart of immortality' it hasn't heard that before. Hasn't heard of any medical records about immortals to be exact.

After Dollmaker strapped Mizuki down Tooth feels safe enough to fully close the distance between him and the tiger on the table.
