Sippin' from a bottle of vodka double wine || Christian & Tabitha
"It wasn’t about you, silly." Christian drawled out each and every word with a luring tone, inhaling the smoke before exhaling it. "I had a breakdown over Tanner. I was being stupid, it was a coping mechanism." He breathed out, his eyes moving to the floor. "Have you got an ashtray?" He asked, lifting his head to look at Tabitha.
Christian let out a small laugh, shaking his head as he dragged his tongue across his bottom lip, his full hand resting on top of Tabitha’s hip. “I don’t. I don’t like the way I am.”
Tabby blushed, embarrassed by the mistake she had made. "Yeah, of course, duh Tabby." She whispered. She glanced at the ground too and shook her head. "Uh.. Coke can! There's one on the floor can you grab it?" She grinned up at the boy and placed the cigarette between her lips once again.
Inhaling slowly, Tabby turned in his lap so that she was facing him. A frown slid onto her face as she pushed her mouth to the side and pushed the smoke out. "Christian Peter Lancaster, don't you ever say that again. You are the most amazing person I have ever met in my entire life. You're sweet and you're caring and you give all of yourself to other people. It's not you who needs to change, baby boy. It's everyone else. You're so wonderful, and I couldn't ask for a greater pair of best friends than you and your brother. I love you."
Thanks.
I hope you're well.

"Better not happen again, I had a breakdown to Dawson when I was drunk." Christian hummed, pulling he packet open as he grabbed one for himself. He put the packet on the side, holding the cigarette between his lips as he lit it up. "It’s a new habit, a tactic even. It’s my way of getting over Tanner, should work, right?"
Christian held the cigarette between his middle and index finger as his free hand held at Tabitha’s hip, his thumb gently brushing at the skin. “‘New year, new me’ and all that rubbish.” Christian remarked, a tint of satire laced within his tone as he took a drag from the cigarette.
"A breakdown? About me?" The girl scoffed, her face pinkening as was typical for her. "Why?" She asked suddenly, staring at the boy. Tabitha took another drag from her cigarette and exhaled, nodding. "I know. It should. Now we have an excuse to spend even more time together." She held the cigarette up and laughed. "Smoke break!"
With a roll of her eyes, Tabby looked down at the hand on her hip. She smiled softly, burrowing her face into the boy's neck. "I don't want there to be a new Christian. I like Chris just the way that he is."

Christian’s hands moved to grab at Tabitha’s thighs when she launched herself at him. He held the girl’s thighs around his hips, his head pressed against the crook of her neck as he stumbled back, easily regaining his footing again. “Why’d you just up and leave? Wasn’t fair, nor was it cool.” He mumbled against the mound of hair in his face.
Christian stood, holding Tabitha for a few more minutes before dropping her on the bed. He easily stripped off his trousers, pulling out the packet of Marlboro out of his jean pocket, fishing a lighter out of the same pocket seconds later. He sat down beside Tabitha in his shirt, boxers and hat as he grasped the vodka bottle, inspecting it. “You don’t mind if I have a smoke in here, do you?”
Tabby nodded and she burrowed against the bo holding her. "I know. I wasn't.. given a choice. My therapist said I had to go." She held the boy tighter against her, dragging her fingers through his hair. "I'm sorry I love you, though, Chrissy. Won't happen again." She giggled loudly when she was dropped on her bed and then watched the boy, her eyes widening.
"No, you can.. me too. Can I have one?" She crawled into the boy's lap, laying her head on his shoulder as she pulled a cigarette out of his pack, not bothering to wait for his answer. Tugging her own lighter out of her bra, Tabby lit the cigarette and inhaled slowly. "I didn't know you smoked, Christian."
Sippin' from a bottle of vodka double wine || Christian & Tabitha
Christian made no hesitation in agreeing to go to Tabitha’s room. In fact, he texted her back almost immediately as he tried pulling on his ripped, skinny jeans. He struggled a fair few times as he accidentally shoved his foot through the hole until he finally managed to pull his jeans on, quickly followed by his old, tattered boots. Christian stood in front of the full length mirror, angled against the wall, before sorting out his hair underneath a hat.
Christian left his room a couple of minutes later, his phone in his hand as he moved towards Tabitha’s room situated a few doors away. Considering the fact that Tabitha knew Christian was going over anyway, he didn’t bother knocking the door, instead he walked in only closing the door behind him. “Hi, Tabs. Long time no see, literally.”
Tabby pulled a sweatshirt on over her tank top once Chris has said he was on his way. She reached onto the floor and picked up her discarded leggings, tugging those on as well. Sitting back down on her bed, she girl crossed her legs and took another swig from the bottle of vodka resting on her bed.
Her eyes widened when they boy walked right in and she jumped, laughing softly. "Christian!" She shouted, setting the bottle on the bedside table and jumping up. Running over to him, she wrapped her arms around his neck hugged him close. "Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. I missed you so much though!"
New York, New York. The concrete jungle where dreams are made of. Apparently.
Oh so you're from here? Ha-ha!
Hi Tabby, it’s lovely to meet you.
The pleasure is mine, I'm sure.
Where are you from?
Nooo, what are you going to get me?
What do you want?
You are butthurt, my friend. What are you getting me for my birthday?
Whatever you would like baby cakes. Hurry up.
What?! Why?
Because you wouldn't try my latte.
There we go! Vodka it is.
You're lucky I love you so much. I did however start without you.
Nope.
Jerk. Come drink vodka with me.
Make Dawson try it.
Why won't you try just a tiny sip.
