The emotional abuse my ex put me through when I was 16-18 still affects me, 7 years later.

And the hardest part to cope with? At the time it happened to me... it was perfectly legal!

When I was 13-16 I used to consume 600 calories and excerise for at least 4 hours a day, it was a lifestyle I went out my way to hide because I knew it was wrong. I felt myself getting like that again so I pulled away from focusing so intently on losing weight. The results have been virtually none existent between these two picture I've only lost half a stone. But the biggest two achievements have been that firstly, I can scale back on the exercise and not let the binge eating take over and put weight back on and secondly, the break has allowed me to rethink my exercise routine and recalibrate my brain back into a healthy level of exercise that is neither doing nothing, and over doing it. It mighy take me 18 months, it might take 3 years.
