When He Takes Your Child To The Studio ~ 2PM Reaction
Jun.K:
A frown formed on Minjun’s face as your son struggled to catch his breath once again after being chased around the studio by Nichkhun and Junho.
His hand rested on his head as he watched everything, “how am I supposed to explain all this energy to Y/N when we get home?”
“Just tell her that Y/S/N had the best time with his uncles,” Junho suggested, offering a wide smile across in Minjun’s direction as he chuckled.
“He won’t sleep tonight like this,” Minjun told them all.
Another chuckle came from Junho as your son jumped on him, “unfortunately whether Y/S/N sleeps tonight or not is not our problem, that’s your issue.”
“Just help me out,” Minjun pleaded with them all, “if you keep him this excited then he’ll be bouncing on the ceilings, and I’ll have Y/N on my back for it too.”
“Stop being so scared of Y/N,” Wooyoung couldn’t help but tease too, “she’s not as scary as you think sometimes.”
“Try messing with her sleep schedule,” Minjun warned them, “and that’s what you’re doing now.”
“That’s a you issue I’m afraid Min.”
Nichkhun:
The volume in the studio quickly got louder as Nichkhun walked in, holding your daughter’s hand tightly as her legs excitedly bounced as she looked around.
Straight away, Wooyoung knelt down and opened his arms out to her. “Well, isn’t this a nice surprise,” he smiled, waving at her.
“Surprise,” Nichkhun laughed as he let her hand go, watching as she immediately ran over to Wooyoung, throwing herself against his chest.
“Since when was Y/D/N coming today?” Minjun teased.
Nichkhun shrugged as the rest of the boys walked over to him, “since Y/N got called into a meeting this morning and her parents are on holiday.”
“Maybe we can include Y/D/N in the routine,” Junho smirked, nudging against Nichkhun’s side, “people are bound to love our stage if we use Y/D/N in the middle of it.”
“She’s not here to dance,” Nichkhun reminded them all, “she definitely takes after Y/N when it comes to dance anyway.”
“Oh no,” Taecyeon smirked, unable to hold back his laughter, “we’ve all seen Y/N dancing.”
“Exactly, it’s not what any of us need.”
Taecyeon:
You smiled sheepishly as you knocked on the door of the studio, catching Taecyeon’s eye straight away as your son went running across in his direction.
The rest of the boys chuckled as they read you like a book. “I don’t suppose you guys mind doing me a massive favour, do you?”
“You want us to look after Y/S/N?” Junho chuckled as Taecyeon picked your son up and sat him in his lap. “Do we look like babysitters to you by any chance?”
“I wouldn’t ask if I wasn’t desperate,” you assured them.
Taecyeon’s head nodded back across at you, “you’re lucky that we’ve not really been doing much anyway, how long do you think you’ll be?”
“Not long,” you promised all six of them, “he’s fed and he’s got a drink in his bag so you guys don’t have to do a thing, just sit him down and let him watch you.”
“It’s not that easy,” Taecyeon roared with laughter in reply to you, “he’ll be up and running around in no time at all.”
“Sorry,” you whispered, “but just know that I really appreciate you guys doing this for me.”
“We’ll get you back for this Y/N!”

When You Murmur His Name In Your Sleep ~ 2PM Reaction
Jun.K:
“I’m home,” Minjun whispered across to you in response to you muttering his name in your sleep as you felt the bed dip, shuffling slightly across towards him.
“How was work?” You sleepily mumbled, staying back until he was comfortable before moving a little closer to him.
Minjun’s arm immediately wrapped around your frame, “work wasn’t too bad, how about you? It’s late Y/N, you should be asleep by now and resting.”
“I couldn’t sleep knowing that you weren’t home,” you hummed in response to Minjun, I had my eyes shut but that was about it, it never feels the same without you.”
The smile on Minjun’s face turned up as he listened to you, “maybe you should try and get some sleep now that I’m back, you don’t have to murmur my name.”
“You heard that?” You weakly grinned.
“You were just checking that it was me, right?”
Your head nodded in agreement with Minjun, “we’ll just say that it was that to spare my blushes and not the fact that I missed you instead.”
“I’ll go along with it if you want me to.”
Nichkhun:
“Good morning,” Nichkhun chimed, hearing you mumble his name as you heard him moving around the room, deciding to wake yourself up too.
“It’s too early,” you grumbled, rubbing the sleep out of your eyes before looking across at Nichkhun getting dressed.
His smile was wide as he watched you lazily shuffle underneath the duvet, “you don’t have to get up if you don’t want to, go back to sleep for a little while.”
“I don’t mind,” you encouraged, stretching your arms up into the air. “It’s tricky sleeping anyway when I can hear you singing to yourself around the room.
A soft chuckle came from Nichkhun in reply to you, “I thought I was being quiet. Is that why you were saying my name, to try and get me to stop singing?”
“No, I didn’t mind,” you smiled.
“You don’t mind that I woke you up?”
Your head shook in reply to him, “when you wake me up in the mornings it means that I get to see you before you head to work.”
“That is a pretty good advantage.”
Taecyeon:
“Y/N, are you alright?” Taecyeon quizzed, unable to watch you mumble his name any longer, deciding to shake you awake and get your attention.
“Yeah,” you mumbled, slowly rolling onto your side to be able to face Taecyeon, “are you alright? Why are you up?”
A soft sigh came from Taecyeon, “you kept saying my name in your sleep, I was worried that maybe you were in pain or something and trying to get me.”
“I’m all good,” you assured Taecyeon, offering him a weak smile, feeling his eyes still studying you. “Don’t start worrying about me, I promise that I’m fine.”
Taecyeon nodded back across at you, “I just want to make sure that you are, you were saying my name quite a lot, I was worried that it was saying something.”
“Like what?” You chuckled at him.
“I don’t know, you hear about these things.”
Your smile continued to turn up as Taecyeon spoke, “I’m not in pain, nothing is wrong, you need to sleep Taecyeon, you’ve got work.”
“I can sleep knowing you’re alright.”

BEST FRIEND 2PM A⇴Z HEADCANON ⇴ Hwang Chansung
A ⇴ ATTENTION
There would often be a side eye in your direction whenever Chansung was around you, enough so that no one could really see how much he actually cared for you, but just enough so he knew that he cared.
B ⇴ BICKER
It often gave those around you a good laugh whenever the two of you bickered with one another, once you started it took a lot for you both to stop having a go at one another. You were both as bad as each other when it came to bickering, you both wouldn’t want to stop, and you’d both go pretty low too.
C ⇴ COMFORT
He’d be there for you whenever you needed comforting as a shoulder to cry on first and foremost. Chansung would give you all the time that you needed to let it all out around him. He was used to being around you when you were down and so he knew the exact right way to be able to bring you back up again.
D ⇴ DISAGREEMENTS
Both of you had a slight habit of being stubborn with one another quite often, more so than you were around any other person in your lives. You knew that you could bear each other’s bad moods better than anyone else could too and so when you wanted to be miserable or you wanted to have a bit of a shouting match with someone, it would usually be the other person that you would turn to for it.
E ⇴ EARLY YEARS
The fact that you had so much in common made getting to know Chansung one of the easiest jobs for you, with the conversation running constantly between you both. You both seemed to just feel comfortable from the get-go with one another as you naturally just found out more about each other the more that you talked and the more questions that you asked each other about those interests.
F ⇴ FAMILY
Chansung’s family were like a family of your own, they were people that you knew that you could count on for anything, no matter how big or small of a problem it was that you had. They were always there for you just like Chansung was, they were always happy to offer up their advice to you just like Chansung did too, you could see exactly where Chansung got his kind nature from with his family.
G ⇴ GETTING TOGETHER
You usually tended to just stay at home whenever the two of you hung out as most of your time was spent just talking and catching up. You quite liked the privacy of your own home when you hung out after having several incidents through the years with fans or cameras which had been off-putting for you both.
H ⇴ HABITS
The two of you had a habit of running away with yourselves, especially when you hadn’t seen each other for a while. Time was completely lost track off and the conversation was usually in a completely different direction as you made up for lost time and shared all of the things that you’d kept bottled up.
I ⇴ INSIDE JOKES
With so many years of friendship behind you, inside jokes were inevitable for the two of you. You had countless inside jokes, some that you struggled to remember because they had been with you both for so long, and also because they were constantly being replaced by newer inside jokes between you both too.
J ⇴ JEALOUSY
He hated someone thinking that they were your best friend as Chansung was always entirely confident that they would never be able to compare to him. He quite enjoyed actually watching someone try and convince other people that they were your best friend, it gave him a giggle. Rather than get jealous, Chansung joked about it with you after when you were alone, mocking everything that they’d said.
K ⇴ KICKS
Chansung got a kick out of being there for you in the hope that he would be able to repay you for all of the times that you had been there for him. He never took for granted the many things that you had done for him, and he hoped that he could always be there to do absolutely anything for you as well.

BEST FRIEND 2PM A⇴Z HEADCANON ⇴ Jang Wooyoung
A ⇴ ATTENTION
There’s an attentiveness in Wooyoung that you always seem to bring out, although he likes to think that he cares for everyone, everyone also knows that there’s an extra part of that that’s just reserved for you.
B ⇴ BICKER
Although bickering isn’t Wooyoung’s style, especially as he likes to think of himself as more mature, you’re the one that brings that side out of him. You can often see him biting his tongue as he doesn’t want to say anything to you, but eventually he can’t help himself as you bring the bickering nature out of him.
C ⇴ COMFORT
He’ll always be by your side whenever he can tell that you need comforting, no matter how much you protest that he doesn’t need to worry about you, Wooyoung will never listen to you. He knows you better than you know yourself at times, especially when you want to try and convince him that you’re alright.
D ⇴ DISAGREEMENTS
It’s usually rare for the two of you to disagree, you’re both good at shutting an argument down before it surfaces and sets off between you both. Wooyoung is the more likely of you both to carry something on though, especially when he’s absolutely confident that he’s the one that’s right. You can’t help but laugh sometimes at how stubborn he can be, but that just ends up usually annoying him even more.
E ⇴ EARLY YEARS
You couldn’t really remember getting to know Wooyoung, it always just seemed as if he’d been around. Your first meeting was so long ago that over time it seemed to just blur together with the rest of the years that you’d spent together. You were pretty thankful that you couldn’t remember it really as you dreaded to think what you might’ve said to Wooyoung when you first met him as a child.
F ⇴ FAMILY
Wooyoung’s family treated you as good as a member of their actual family, mainly because that’s exactly what it felt like you were after so many years around them. Just like the two of you, they struggled to remember a time when you weren’t by Wooyoung’s side and making people laugh by how stupid you were as best friends. You just always seemed to be around, which was something they loved.
G ⇴ GETTING TOGETHER
Being together is the most important thing to Wooyoung when you guys hang out, if you want to stay at home, he never minds, but if you want to go out somewhere then he’ll be more than happy to offer to drive at the same time too. Most of the time, Wooyoung will simply do whatever it is you want to do.
H ⇴ HABITS
The two of you have a habit of correcting the other whenever they make a mistake, especially when you’re speaking. If you stutter or say the wrong word then Wooyoung will tease you about it, but you’re always ready to get your own back when he gets confused about what he’s trying to say as well.
I ⇴ INSIDE JOKES
Together it feels as if you have so many inside jokes that it’s an impossible task for you to be able to remember them all. You have so many jokes that you forget most of them, and so that moment when you suddenly remember one of them is like gold dust, that you have to tell the other person about as soon as you can.
J ⇴ JEALOUSY
There’s a pride in Wooyoung that refuses to let anyone else even think of themselves as your best friend, as that role is definitely his. If someone acts as if they know you or if you’re super close with them, Wooyoung won’t be afraid to challenge them and embarrass them when it inevitably gets revealed that he knows far more about you than they do, reminding them too that he’s your best friend.
K ⇴ KICKS
Wooyoung got a kick out of making you laugh, being the reason for your smile was a huge deal to him as your best friend, it almost felt as if it was his responsibility to do that for you. He loved knowing the way to tickle you, and especially bring a smile to your face when you were needing cheering up.

Free Time With You ~ Lee Junho
As yet another groan came from Junho you couldn’t help but chuckle, looking across the room as he spun the two panels around to try and figure out how they fitted together. He had no luck at all, getting himself worked up as he tried his best to keep up with you building alongside him.
You had been looking froward to getting a new shelving unit in your room for weeks, and after finally deciding to put a night aside to build it, Junho was more than happy to help.
“You don’t have to help me, I know that this isn’t really your thing,” you told him, stepping over the different pieces that were on the floor to take a look at what he was doing.
“How hard can this be?” Junho frowned as you picked up the instructions and read through them, trying to figure out where he was going wrong.
After looking through for a moment, you noticed that Junho had one of the screws missing. “You know the instructions are pretty easy to follow if you pay attention.”
A sigh came from Junho as you fixed his mistake, finally getting what he was working on looking the same as it was supposed to look in the guide that came in the box.
Slowly things were coming together for your shelf, mainly thanks to you. You appreciated how much Junho wanted to help, but you knew that his expertise were better suited elsewhere and definitely not with building things.
“Come on,” you tried your best to encourage him, “the next bit is putting it all together to one.”
His head reluctantly nodded as you moved the different pieces into the room to start fitting them together. It didn’t take long for your eyes to work out where everything needed to be, just needing to fit them in properly to place.
“Can you pass me the screwdriver to put these in?” You asked Junho, placing the side against the back frame of the shelf, holding your hand out to take the tool.
“Here,” Junho smiled, placing the tool in your hand, only for your eyes to narrow back at him.
You looked to him almost in disbelief as you felt the chisel be placed into your hand, passing it back across to him as soon as Junho realised the mistake that he made.
“If you don’t want to be here, it really is alright Junho.”
“No way, I want to stay here and help you finish what it is that you’re building Y/N.”
Your smile was weak back across at Junho, although he tried his best to seem enthusiastic, you knew that he was far from it. Very little made sense to him, and his smile was fading the more that he kept messing up for you.
Junho passed over again, getting it right the second time around. “This is right, isn’t it?”
“That’s the one that I’m after.”
You quickly screwed the nails in to be able to start putting the shelving together, Junho stood back and watched you, studying you in awe at how quickly you moved.
“You’re too good at this,” Junho mumbled.
“Most of my room comes from IKEA, that’s why it’s easy,” you chuckled, “you know IKEA is fun no matter how many times you argue otherwise whilst building this.”
Junho’s head nodded as you moved round to the other side, “I think the looking round IKEA is fun, but the building part is just annoying.”
“It’s just about getting the hang of it,” you tried your best to assure Junho. “Building isn’t everyone’s thing, just like the fact that I can’t sing the way that you can.”
Junho smiled appreciatively as you tried your best to make him feel better. Despite no longer helping you, he still stayed in the room and watched you, not wanting to head back downstairs and spend any time with himself.
“Are you sure there’s nothing more to this?” You asked Junho, noticing his eyes suddenly trailing off from you as he sat down on your bed.
His head shook as you placed what you were doing down and made your way across the room to sit down beside him. You nudged against Junho’s side to get his attention, offering him a smile to reassure him that he didn’t need to worry about a thing.
“Has something happened?” You asked Junho, placing your hand over his, “you’ve seemed a little off all evening whilst we’ve been building.”
“You’ll think it’s silly,” Junho told you, only for your shoulders to shrug back at him.
Slowly he began to tell you how he didn’t want to be by himself, how he wanted to be with you even though he had no interest in what it was that you were doing. He didn’t care about being no help or the fact that he was just sat there and watching you, the fact that you were there was the only thing important to Junho.
“I just want to spend my free time with you, doing anything, is what I’m trying to say,” he concluded.
“Now I feel bad for doing this during your free time.”
Junho’s head quickly shook back at you, “please don’t feel bad, I’m enjoying watching you do this because I know it’s something that you’ve been looking forward, the fact that I’ve been little help doesn’t matter to me.”
You smiled weakly back across at Junho, “how many other times have you pretended to be interested in things just to not be alone without me?”
“Do you remember that reality series you watched the other day?” He asked you, “I hated it so much, I only humoured it because it put a smile on your face.”
Your eyes widened as you remembered exactly what Junho was on about. “I really thought you liked that, you are such a good actor it’s unfair.”
“I can pretend to smile a lot better than you anyone thinks I can,” Junho chuckled, “but most of the time I promise that I’m enjoying whatever we’re doing.”
“Maybe we could dedicate a few days to doing things that we both enjoy,” you suggested. “Maybe one day a week we do something I like, and one day a week we do something you like too, even if we’re not interested, we do it for the other person.”
Junho found himself nodding at your suggestion almost straight away, it seemed like the perfect way to still spend time together. It seemed like the perfect way for him to get what he wanted which was the most important thing to him.
“There’s not much that I do that you don’t like,” Junho reminded you, “unless you’re a surprisingly good actress too and hide it well.”
Your head shook back at Junho, “most of the time you want to spend your evenings with the cats, who could ever say no to that?”
“What about if I suggested working out more in the evenings?” Junho suggested, sniggering as your expression quickly shifted. “We’ve got the gym upstairs, we could work out and relax at the end of a long day together.”
“I think you’ve finally found the thing that I’m going to have to pretend to enjoy,” you quickly told Junho, “that definitely isn’t the one for me.”
“I’ll think of something else,” he assured you, “I find it much better to work out in the mornings anyway rather than at night.”
Your smile quickly returned again, “I was kind of hoping that you would say that to me.”
“I’ll think of something though, I always do.”

When You Wait Up For Him After An Argument ~ 2PM Reaction
Jun.K:
There was a tension in the room as soon as Minjun came home, surprised to see you awake as he slipped his coat off and slowly began to walk through your apartment.
“Hi,” he whispered, nervously making eye contact with you across the room.
Your head nodded, with neither of you quite knowing where to look. “Nice of you to come home,” you murmured, bringing your knees up to tuck underneath your chin.
“I didn’t think I’d be this long,” Minjun tried his best to explain to you, “you should’ve gone to bed you know Y/N.”
“How could I do that Min?”
“I don’t know,” he whispered back to you, scratching over the top of his head. “I’m sorry for everything, the argument, keeping you up.”
Your eyes still looked down to the ground as Minjun spoke. “You could have at least text me whilst you were gone Minjun, let me know that you were safe at least.”
“I’m sorry for that too,” he told you, “I’m really sorry about everything Y/N, it’s all just one big mess, isn’t it?”
“It is, but I think that we can fix it.”
Nichkhun:
An audible gasp came from Nichkhun as he walked through the front door to see you sat up on the sofa, scrolling through your phone, not paying any attention to Nichkhun.
“I thought you’d be asleep,” he commented, keeping his distance from you.
Your head shook back across at him, “you decided to be dramatic and walk out in the middle of the night, so I thought I’d be dramatic and wait up for you as well.”
“I thought you’d go straight to bed, if I knew you’d stay up then I would have come home sooner,” Nichkhun told you calmly.
“You’ve got a lot wrong today.”
“I might have maybe misjudged things earlier,” he admitted, staring across at you, “but I don’t want this to carry on any longer Y/N.”
Your head nodded in agreement with Taecyeon, “I’m too tired to carry on arguing, I’ve not stayed up this late for such a long time,” you replied, as a timely yawn escaped.
“Let’s go to bed,” Nichkhun suggested, “we can talk about this tomorrow, when we’re both not completely exhausted.”
“I think that’s your first good idea.”
Taecyeon:
A sigh came from Taecyeon as he saw you laid out on the sofa, there was no expression on your face except for a look of exhaustion as sleep was replaced by worrying for him.
“I’ll get you a blanket,” Taecyeon smiled, walking around the living room.
You didn’t move as Taecyeon picked up a blanket and placed it over your frame. “It’s nice to see you caring about me again,” you couldn’t help yourself mumbling though.
“I’m sorry,” Taecyeon immediately conceded, not wanting for your argument to carry on any longer. “I shouldn’t have said what I said.”
“You’re not wrong there.”
“It’s no excuse, but I’m just so busy and stressed,” Taecyeon explained to you. “And I’m sorry that you stayed up waiting for me too Y/N.”
Your head nodded as Taecyeon sat down on the floor beside you, “I hate you sometimes, but the not knowing where you were seemed to just be keeping me up.”
“I’m home now,” Taecyeon weakly smiled, “why don’t we head up to bed, that’s if you want me to come too?”
“It’s our bed together Taec.”

When You Call Him Oppa ~ 2PM Reaction
Jun.K:
“What’s wrong?” You asked Minjun, hating the sight of him frowning sat in front of you.
“Nothing for you to worry about,” he replied, his voice not the same as he lacked his usual cheery tones, “I’ll be alright.”
Your head shook as Minjun tried his best not to worry you. “Oppa, talk to me,” you hummed, resting your hand against his cheek.
Minjun’s eyes flickered in your direction, resting his cheek against the palm of your hand. “Work is just a bit busy, that’s all,” he replied, but you knew that there was more.
“Oppa, you know that I know when you’re lying.”
“How come you’re suddenly calling me oppa?” He asked.
Your smile widened as Minjun looked to you in confusion. “If I keep doing, I know eventually you’ll spill and talk to me.”
“Maybe,” Minjun sniggered, using his hands to wipe underneath his eyes, “I just don’t want you to worry about me Y/N.”
“I always worry about you Minjun.”
Nichkhun:
“Hey,” you smiled, finding Nichkhun in the kitchen as you finally arrived home from work.
“I was beginning to wonder where you were,” Nichkhun replied, his smile widening as he felt you hug him from behind.
A hum came from you as you rested your chin against his shoulder, “oppa, I had a pretty long day,” you whispered closely to his ear.
You could feel Nichkhun’s frame tense up as soon as you spoke. “You must have had a pretty long day for you to call me oppa, and that you probably want something too.”
“I wouldn’t say no to a hug right now from you.”
“You don’t have to call me oppa for a hug,” he chuckled.
Your head shook as Nichkhun turned around to face you, “I know, but I like seeing your smile when I call you oppa.”
“It’s cute,” Nichkhun admitted, finding himself struggling to control his smile as he pulled you tightly against his chest to hug you.
“So are you whenever I say it to you.”
Taecyeon:
“Taecyeon,” you spoke, trying to get his attention as he continued to ignore you coldly.
You were running out of options as he continued to give you the silent treatment after your argument, not really knowing where you went wrong.
As he went to walk away, you knew that you just couldn’t let him go. “Oppa, how long are you going to keep this game up for?”
Taecyeon stopped in his tracks, turning around to face you as you fell silent. “Excuse me, what did you just call me?” He quizzed, raising his eyebrows in your direction.
“I called you oppa, because that’s what you are.”
“You’re just saying it to make me cave,” he quickly stated.
The corners of your mouth quickly turned up, “it seems that the trick worked too seeing as you’re speaking to me again.”
“You’re a fool,” he sighed, walking back into the room, “how did you know that calling me oppa would be my weakness like that?”
“I guess I just know you too well.”

The Boys Meet Your Newborn For The First Time ~ Kim Minjun
Your smile softened as Minjun walked out from the nursery, your baby daughter held tightly in his arms. She was fast asleep as he walked through, with the two of you both knowing that the peace wasn’t going to last for long.
“I told her to make the most of it,” Minjun joked, knowing exactly what it was that you were thinking as your eyes followed them both across to the sofa, taking a seat down beside you.
Your head nodded as you peered across to take a look at her too, her eyes screwed tightly shut. “She’s about to be obsessed over,” you told Minjun, knowing just how excited the boys were to stop by and how thrilled they were to have a baby to dote over too.
Throughout your pregnancy they had been almost glued to your side anyway, but now that your daughter had arrived, they pestered constantly. None of them could wait to meet her, asking you every single day until at last you agreed to have them over.
Before you even had the chance to tell the boys all the details that you had for when they could come over, they agreed. They were desperate for the chance to say the least, with Taecyeon even adjusting his schedule too.
“You won’t have heard noise quite like this Y/D/N,” Minjun told her. “Your uncles can be very noisy when they want to be.”
“Your daddy is trying to pretend as if he’s not as loud as your uncles too though.”
Before Minjun could argue back at you, the buzzer to your apartment rang through. Your smile turned up as Minjun was left with an open mouth, unable to say anything as you stood up.
You carefully walked through to the front door, slowly opening the door to see five bright smiles staring back at you. As soon as there was enough room with the open door for the boys to walk through, they were pushing to try and get in first.
Their pushing and shoving soon stopped though once they walked through into your living, halting as soon as they saw Minjun sat with your daughter. “Look at the two of you,” Wooyoung gasped, the first to take a few small steps forward.
“Who knew Minjun would pull off the dad aesthetic,” Junho teased as he walked forwards too, hovering over Minjun.
Minjun shot a glare across at Junho as he came closer, “that’s you bottom of the list for who gets to cuddle her.”
“I didn’t mean it, don’t let me be last,” Junho frowned across at him.
“I think she’s beautiful,” Nichkhun chimed, trying to take the top spot.
Minjun’s smile turned up, seeing straight through Nichkhun’s tactic too. “I already promised Chansung that he could have the first cuddle.”
The other boys all gasped as Chansung walked through them all, his arms extended out and ready to take your daughter. Minjun carefully rose to his feet, placing your daughter down cautiously into Chansung’s hold.
“I drove them to the hospital when Y/N went to labour,” Chansung explained to the rest of the group, “but only on the promise that I’d get first cuddles.”
“That’s ridiculous,” Taecyeon groaned, “how come none of us got that choice?”
Minjun shrugged in reply to him, “we didn’t need five people to drive us to the hospital, and Chansung was just in the right place at the right time.”
“I would’ve driven you,” Wooyoung groaned as you made your way into the kitchen to start organising drinks for everyone. With Chansung smugly sat on the sofa in the living room, the others joined him, still pouting and complaining.
“Do you need a hand?” A voice asked you as you opened up one of the kitchen cupboards, reaching up and grabbing seven glasses onto the countertop.
Your smile widened as you looked to your left to see Nichkhun walking towards you, grabbing the last couple of glasses for you. “It still hurts to do a lot,” you sighed, letting him know just how hard of a time you were having, thankful for the help.
Nichkhun nodded understandingly as he started to take control of things for you in the kitchen, knowing that he’d get his turn to hold your daughter eventually. Instead he wanted to check on you, make sure that you were doing alright.
You were more than happy to stand back and let Nichkhun help you too. “Thank you,” you told him once he had everything sorted for you and the boys.
“There’s no need to say that,” he smiled back across at you, playing the filled glasses onto a tray to carry through. “I can’t begin to imagine what your body has been through this past week, you probably need the respite.”
Your head nodded as you followed behind Nichkhun back into the living room. “Minjun’s been amazing, but I can’t help but feel like I rely on him too much,” you admitted, keeping your voice quiet so that none of the others could hear you.
“It takes time, you shouldn’t rush something as huge as giving birth,” Nichkhun reminded you, keeping his eyes on you as you walked. “You know that if you ever need help and Minjun is busy, I’m only a phone call away from you.”
As soon as the two of you walked back into the room, groans came from the boys again as they saw through Nichkhun. None of them thought he was helping, instead they guessed that he was being nice to be next after Chansung.
You didn’t mind at all though as you took a seat beside Minjun on the sofa. “How does it feel to have five babysitters around for a little while?” You asked him with a chuckle.
“It’s nice to relax for a little while,” he smiled at you.
A hum of agreement came from you as you relaxed back against the sofa, “I could get used to this,” you laughed, watching as Chansung continued to dote over your daughter whilst the rest of the boys all made room for the drinks that Nichkhun brought.
It was exactly how you hoped that things would be, the boys were more than happy to do anything for you, all keen to get the chance to hold your daughter. For once too, you and Minjun were able to take a breather for a little while, after a week of full on baby watching, and sometimes panicking, now you had the boys to help you out.
“I think we should move in you know,” Taecyeon told you both as he continued to watch Chansung, noticing Nichkhun edging closer and closer. “Think of all the help you guys would have if we were here constantly.”
“There is no way that I’m going back to those days,” Minjun sniggered.
“The dorm wasn’t even that bad,” Junho told him, pushing gently against Minjun’s leg. “Plus we’ve grown up since then, I mean we’ve got husbands, dads, successful actors and idols, I think it would be a good idea.”
Minjun’s head continued to shake across at Junho, “as soon as Y/D/N’s bath time arrives, I’m kicking you guys out.”
“You’re so cruel,” Wooyoung frowned, turning his attention to you as he joined Junho’s side. “Y/N, you wouldn’t want to get rid of us, would you? We can all be as helpful as Nichkhun whilst you recover as you need us to be.”
“An hour with you guys is enough,” you teased, “but you know that in the day you’re always welcome to stop by whenever you want to.”
Minjun’s eyes widened as you spoke, “always?” He asked you, unsure if you’d realised what you had said.
“Y/N said always,” Junho cheered, “prepare to be disturbed you guys.”
“Maybe I shouldn’t have said always.”

Crisis Talks ~ Ok Taecyeon
You didn’t react as your eyes looked up at the clock to see just how late it was when Taecyeon finally walked through the front door. Despite assuring you that he wouldn’t be home too late, that the two of you could sit down and eat your dinner together, you had been left alone again with not even a message to let you know what his plans were.
All along you had assured Taecyeon that you understood how busy he was, that things weren’t always easy for him. You tried to get it still, but the empty promises were slowly draining the energy out of you and the little fight that you had left for your relationship.
There was an uncomfortable silence between you both as soon as you found yourselves in the same room. Taecyeon only needed to look at your expression to know that he had let you down and disappointed you once again.
He didn’t blame you, he blamed himself. He was the one in the wrong. But it wasn’t all his fault though, he couldn’t help that work had overrun and he’d ended up having to refilm several takes of a scene that he was convinced would only take a matter of minutes.
“Have you eaten?” Taecyeon nervously asked you as he sat himself down.
The quietest of hums came from you in reply to him, keeping your eyes looking in any direction but the direction of Taecyeon.
“Is there anything left in the kitchen for me to have for dinner?” Taecyeon then asked you, scratching over the top of his head.
“There might be something in one of the cupboards if you look far enough.”
His head nodded as he heard the bitterness in your voice for the first time. Taecyeon expected it, but it still stung him hard. The two of you seemed to have an attitude every time you spoke to each other these days as you tried to figure out where either of you stood.
It took a moment for Taecyeon to speak up again, “I might just order myself some food in if that’s the case, is there anything you want to add to my order?”
“Nope,” you very quickly replied, trying but failing to bite your tongue. “I ate my dinner at the time that we arranged, I don’t think I need anything else to eat tonight.”
His head hung low as he listened to you speak, with Taecyeon poking his tongue against the inside of his mouth. He had no leg to stand on to be able to be as harsh back to you, knowing that everything you said was right, however much it hurt for him to admit it.
“I’m trying my best to make this up to you Y/N,” Taecyeon calmly ended up replying.
You would have appreciated the effort if it was the first time that Taecyeon had been home late and missed out on time with you, but it wasn’t. It felt like your life was on repeat time and time again, only this time he actually seemed willing to at least say sorry.
“Why does it feel like I’m just thrown to the side of the road like nothing these days?” You found yourself asking Taecyeon, clearing your mind of the thoughts that were starting to fog it. “You act in dramas, is this what the ideal romance is supposed to be like?”
Taecyeon’s head shook back at you, “a drama romance is just fictional Y/N, this is real life, that’s never perfect.”
“I know, I’m really beginning to see how unperfect it can be.”
Taecyeon wasn’t blind to the changes that were happening right in front of him, how everything seemed to be slipping away from you both. He was struggling too, trying to find the balance just seemed like the impossible to him.
“I mean, how long do we pretend that this is an alright way to live Taec?”
There was no answer to your question, Taecyeon had no idea himself. It wasn’t that he wanted to live as the two of you were, he just saw no way out of it.
“I get that we live busy lives Taecyeon, but we always used to make time for each other. Now, it feels like there’s no fight, it feels like we just accept that we’re not going to be able to spend time together and don’t try to change it,” you admitted, finally looking across at him.
He got it, with his head nodding in reply to you. Perhaps there were times when he could have stepped back and refused to do something or times when he could have arranged something for you both when he knew that he had time off.
“I don’t want to be here just because,” you then added as Taecyeon remained slightly stunned to silence, “I want to be here with you, not just sat here wondering when you’ll be home.”
“I want to be here with you too,” he whispered.
“Then why don’t you try from time to time?” You questioned, “why don’t you just stop giving up on me every single time? Just once Taecyeon, that’s all that I want.”
Once again he found himself nodding, there was nothing else that he could do when he acknowledged everything that you had to say. Work had taken too much of his time, forgetting that there were other things in his life that needed prioritising too.
“I’m going to take a look at my work schedule and figure out if there are any spots where amendments can be made,” he confidently assured you. “I don’t need to absorb myself in work constantly, I mean we’re ahead of schedule for this drama anyway.”
Your head nodded as you listened closely to what Taecyeon had to say, “if you’re ahead, then why are you staying so late? Why don’t you leave something for a more suitable time?”
“Because that would be too easy,” he lightly chuckled, “and I’m too stupid to think of that.”
“You’re not wrong there,” you slightly laughed too.
“I don’t want to make you feel as if being in a relationship with me is some sort of chore,” Taecyeon swiftly assured you. “I don’t want things to be like this between the two of us either, if it means having to change some things, I will, you’re the person that I want to make happiest the most.”
You believed in every word that Taecyeon had to say, unsure if whether it was just the actor in him that managed to make him sound convincing. But he meant every word as he spoke, determined to make things work with you.
“I don’t want us to be one of those couples that in a few months can barely bring themselves to say hello to one another Taec. We’re better than that, we’ve survived this long in amongst all the hecticness without any trouble, I don’t want this to be the start of our relationship going downhill now.”
“I agree with you,” he smiled across at you, moving a little closer towards you on the sofa too. “It’s all well and good me sitting here and telling you that I’ll do more for us, but I really do mean it too. I don’t want for the two of us to go downhill either, I just want for the two of us to keep going up and up and up.”
“Do you think we’ll be able to do that?” You honestly asked Taecyeon.
His head nodded straight away back across to you. “It might take a little bit of practice and a little bit of understanding, but you’re right, we’ve not got this far for no reason, I can’t see either of us giving up either now.”
“I don’t want to give up on you,” you told him, “but recently, the thought has crossed my mind once or twice.”
“I’ll make sure that I don’t give you a reason anymore to doubt us,” he promised you.
“I reckon you’ll do that too.”

You Propose To Him ~ Lee Junho
Eyes of confusion glanced across at you as you took a hold of Junho’s hand, pulling him away from the car park where your car was. It was cold, getting dark too, and on a full stomach all Junho wanted to do was rest, but you had other ideas.
You chuckled as soon as you looked back to his narrowed eyes, beginning to lead him down one of the pathways just beside the restaurant. You were incredibly lucky to live where you lived, with parks all around for the two of you to explore.
The two of you seemed to walk for some time until you reached the middle of the park, heading just to the left where a small pond was. It was a place that Junho had forgotten all about, but as soon as he looked over it, it felt as if he had never been away.
Once you had Junho where you wanted him, you ran behind one of the rocks around the pond, glancing behind it to see exactly what you wanted to say waiting for you.
“What are you up to?” Junho laughed as you stood up a few moments later with a bouquet of flowers in your hands, walking back to Junho and handing them across to him.
“Do you remember what happened at this place?” You asked Junho as he took the flowers and brought them under his nose.
His head nodded in reply to you, “this was the place where I asked you out on your first date.”
Your smile turned up as you realised that Junho remembered exactly where the two of you. He was too busy admiring the flowers in his hands to bay too much attention to you though, with his favourite peonies wrapped up beautifully for him to keep.
“Where have these even come from?” Junho laughed across to you after a few minutes, glancing at you stood in front of him. “Are you up to something?” He then asked, beginning to get confused by all the little things around you both.
“I might have a little something up my sleeve,” you told him. The two of you had already enjoyed dinner together after spending your afternoon lazing around at home, enjoying the fact that Junho had a day off to spend with you for once.
It was a day that you had marked up in your calendar for quite some time, desperate for the day to go perfectly. There were five other people who knew what the day meant to you, with each one of them playing their part, from planting the flowers, to reserving your table at the restaurant.
The only person that didn’t know what was going on was Junho before you. His eyes studied you closely as you began to nervously shuffle in front of him, keeping your left hand tightly in the pocket of your jacket, clutching tightly onto what was inside.
“I did actually have a slight reason for bringing you out to do all of these fun things tonight,” you finally told Junho, as everything began to make a bit more sense for him.
He could tell that you were anxious, although he had no idea why. All he wanted to do was wrap you in his arms and tell you that whatever was on your mind would be alright, but instead he gave you space, allowing you to do what you wanted at your own pace.
“I wanted to do something for you today, being lazy, getting food, surprising you with some of your favourite things because I wanted to remind you just how much I love you,” you explained to Junho, stepping back and forth to try and compose yourself.
His smile widened, letting you know just how much he appreciated everything that you had done for him. “I already know how much you love me Y/N, you never have to prove anything to me. You know that I love you too, don’t you?”
“Of course,” you smiled, “you tell me every single day.”
“So, what’s going on? You’re beginning to worry me a little bit Y/N?”
Your head shook with a chuckle back to Junho, taking one slightly bigger step back. Junho watched on as you brought your hand out of your pocket, noticing something coloured red in your hands as you slowly lowered yourself down in front of Junho too.
“Y/N,” Junho whispered, beginning to realise what the pieces were adding up to.
Your eyes looked away from Junho as you lifted the lid up on the box that you had in your hands. “I’m nervous, so just be patient,” you laughed across to Junho.
His head nodded, biting down on his bottom lip. “Are you sure?” Junho laughed, completely taken aback by what you were doing.
“I’ve never been surer about anything,” you promised, letting go of a shaky breath. “I’m so glad that you asked me on a date here because it set me up for the rest of my life and meant that I get to love you every day. Will you marry me, to be forever with me?” You asked Junho.
His head nodded much quicker than it had before, not even needing to think about his answer to your question. “Of course,” Junho smiled as you took the ring out of the box and placed it onto his hand as Junho unwrapped it from around the flowers.
Once Junho wore the ring that you had given him, he took your hand and helped you back to your feet again. “Thank you for saying yes,” you chuckled, feeling his free arm wrap tightly around your waist.
Junho’s head rested against the side of yours, “I can’t believe that you planned all of this today just for this very moment.”
You had hoped to keep Junho smiling all day and night, and your plan had most definitely worked. He was stunned, but his smile was wide which was all that you wanted as his eyes glanced down at the new ring that he wore.
“How long had you been planning this?”
“A little while to be honest.”
As you began to tell Junho about how the boys had helped, how Taecyeon had stopped by to drop the flowers off for you, Junho couldn’t believe that the boys had been in on things too and managed to keep it quiet.
“I felt this place was a good spot to ask you,” you then told Junho, “this was the start of our relationship, and now it’s the start of another chapter too.”
“You couldn’t have picked a better spot,” Junho assured you, pressing a kiss against the top of your head. “I can’t believe that we’re getting married, I can’t believe I spent all day with you and didn’t figure out what you were up to.”
There were a few nervy moments, a couple of times when you almost spilled, but somehow you had managed to keep it together. Junho had been concerned several times, but luckily you had managed to reassure him.
“I’m so glad that I don’t have to keep this a secret from you anymore,” you laughed to him.
Junho’s head shook back across at you, “in six years you’ve never been able to keep a secret from me, I can’t believe that this was finally the one that you managed to hide from me.”
“I’ve never had to work so hard to be quiet,” you joked.
“It was definitely worth it though.”

Lazy Baby Days ~ Ok Taecyeon
A sigh came from you as soon as you collapsed down on the sofa, you had only just woken up, but you were already exhausted. The days seemed to roll into one as you enjoyed the first week of having your daughter with you, you were tired, stressed, but it was all worth it as you looked at the little one laying on the mat in the middle of the room.
It didn’t take long before you both were joined in the room as Taecyeon walked through from the kitchen with a smile on his face. He was a little surprised to see you, with no plans for once for the day, he was expecting you to stay in bed for as long as possible.
Your baby brain kicked in though as soon as you stirred, getting you up and leaving you wondering around the house to find where the two of them were. You already had plenty of instincts, despite how much you wanted to just stay in bed, you couldn’t bring yourself to do it, knowing that you’d be needed elsewhere.
“We finally have a day of nothing,” Taecyeon cheered as he flopped down beside you, “no one coming round to visit, disturbing us, it’s just the three of us for a change,” he smiled, placing his hand down to rest against the top of your leg.
“I can’t wait for some peace and quiet,” you hummed, “it’s been nice having visitors, but it’s so chaotic hosting so many people.”
His head nodded in agreement with you, having played host to your families, friends, and the boys too, it was nice to take a day for yourselves again.
Your head leant down to rest against Taecyeon’s shoulder, “can we just not move from this spot?”
“Honestly, that sounds like a good idea to me,” he replied as he wrapped his arm around your waist, “I know I’ve been with you all week, but I’ve missed having to share you so much.”
It didn’t take long before your attention was drawn to the little girl laying on the mat as a quiet squeak came from her. “It looks like someone else missed being with you too,” you joked, pointing Taecyeon in the direction of your daughter.
“We can cuddle her all day, and not have to give her to anyone else.”
“I quite like not having to share her for the day.”
A hum of acknowledgment came from Taecyeon, “we can just do as little as possible, it’s about time we gave ourselves some time to let it sink in that we’re parents.”
“It still feels like a bit of a dream, doesn’t it?” You asked as he nodded, “we’ve been on the go all week arranging visits and trips out to see different people, we’ve not stopped.”
“Today we can stop, it’s important that the two of us get the chance to breathe again too.”
You couldn’t remember the last time your house was as quiet as it was right then, people had been in and out all week ever since you got home. You loved seeing so many people excited to meet your daughter, and you loved introducing her too, but the crowds of people and the conversations had taken their toll on you.
Taecyeon was worried about you too, wanting to make sure that you had enough time to recover. Despite you reassuring him, he could tell several times as you met everyone through the week that there were moments when you were suffering.
“I feel like I’m on such a high right now,” you suddenly told him as the two of you fell silent, “I know that I should want to sleep right now, but instead I just want to keep looking at Y/D/N and admiring her. I just keep asking myself how the two of us managed to make a baby that’s so flipping adorable and cute.”
“I ask myself the same thing too,” Taecyeon assured you, “but then I look at you and remember why my daughter has such good genes, she takes after you, of course.”
Your eyes rolled as a kiss was pressed to the top of your head, followed by a chuckle from Taecyeon. He couldn’t help but find the right things to say around you, having taken the best care of you ever since the three of you left the hospital and came home.
“Do you need anything?” He asked as his eyes turned down to look at you, “are you comfortable enough sitting here? I can go and get you a cushion or something if you want one.”
“I’m alright,” you smiled in reply to him, “laying against you is much more comfortable than laying on a cushion, as long as you’re alright here too.”
“Of course, I’m with my two favourite girls.”
“I think one of your favourite girls might need feeding soon,” you told him.
Taecyeon nodded as he smiled down at your daughter, admiring the innocence in her eyes as she stared around the room. “I wonder if she’s had any clue about what’s gone on this week, whether she recognised anyone’s faces or voices.”
“She seemed pretty excited when she met your mum,” you reminded him with a laugh, “but she did speak to my bump constantly when I was pregnant.”
“She kept saying the baby would know her voice, I reckon she was right too.”
The excitement of everyone around you was what made your pregnancy so special for the both of you. Although you were in your own bubble of excitement, you shared that bubble with so many other people too who couldn’t wait to see the two of you become parents.
“Do you want me to help if you’re going to feed her?” Taecyeon asked you, noticing you beginning to get things sorted, “is there really anything that I can do?”
Your head nodded in response, “you can keep the two of us company?” You offered, struggling to know what else Taecyeon could do to help you out whilst you fed.
“I’ll change her after too, I’ll save you the trouble of going near her nappy.”
You nodded once again at his offer, more than happy to leave the changing down to Taecyeon. It was the one thing that you were still struggling with, not sure quite how your daughter managed to make such a mess when she had such an innocent smile on her face.
You loved to joke how she took after Taecyeon, a joke that his mother very quickly agreed with too when you told her about it. She couldn’t help but embarrass Taecyeon in front of everyone else who was visiting your daughter on that day.
“Come on, you,” he grinned, unwrapping his arm from around you and moving down onto the floor to lift your daughter up off of her mat.
Your eyes watched Taecyeon straight away, letting go of a laugh as he lifted her high up into the air before bringing her back down to press against her tummy. Her little squirms as Taecyeon did so were like music to his ears, a sound that he knew that he was never going to get used to, no matter how often she laughed.
He could feel your eyes watching as he spun around to face you, handing your daughter across to you gently so that you could feed her before carrying on with the rest of your day.
“I can’t wait to do nothing with you two today,” Taecyeon told you as he passed her.
“Our very first lazy baby day.”
