Idk who would get this but the hardest part of being Filipino is that your body will never be okay with your family. They’ll tell you you’re fat even if you’re not, but bully you for also being skinny. It’s always being told you’re fat and that you should diet 💀

- English muffin breakfast sandwich jimmy dean- 250 cals

- in n out cheeseburger - 480 cals (pls don’t yell at me)

- 1/4 pink lemonade from in n out - 38 cals

- 1/2 in n out French fries - 197 cals

- takis fuego 10 PCs - 115 cals

TOTAL: 1,080 cals

Not bad but idk how many calories I should eat 😪😪 someone help, I usually aim for under 1200

Cravings and what they mean

If you crave carbohydrates, your serotonin levels may have dropped. Eggs, cheese and pineapple are good for raising them again.

If you crave sugar, you may be dehydrated. Drink some water or green tea.
