5 years ago; Lian Izumi was her normal self. She was under the spotlight, and everyone showered her with compliment. She did her very best as the prodigy of the Lian family. {Disciplined, calm, collected; though, there were already a few signs due to stress, because she wanted to hold her fathers expectations. She was cruel to her mother and those who could ruin her family's reputation (mom, for example)}
3 years ago; Izumi fails to become general. Instead, her older brother, Kuo, is appointed to this role. She is chosen as Daehyun's fiancée, which is a blow to her honor. She commits her first murder out of cheer anger, and she loves it. In her madness, she meets Amon who gives her a chance to regain her honor. He gives her name of "Cho Mizuki" that she uses when she stays at Republic City, though everyone in Republic City knows her as "Miu" (written as Miou, but mispronounced).
2 years ago; With a lot of help of the Equalist leader, she managed to cope with her madness for the most part (one year of "rehab" under the Equalist movement more like brainwashing) thanks to a new drive. She is mostly similar to what she is in the present {very prone to mad streaks, which is why she is banned to use her 'beautiful magenta flames', because they draw power from her instability.}
