there are obvious duos to explore in a fun way, like Rico and Ferb ("men of action" who don't speak much), Skipper and Perry (they would ruffle each other's feathers for sure), Private and Pinky (competent cuteness overload!), and of course Doofenshmirtz and Kowalski (because L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. as a career choice would tempt Kowalski so hard)
