Stress seems to follow me around like a dog, and I can't seem to unwind one bit! Any relaxation tips from Akane?
Well at least ya know yer doing something right. Stress is something everyone experiences. So don’t sweat it!
If you want to relax do what I always do. Eat! Comfort foods are a very good way of bringing down stress levels. So help yourself to some of that chocolate cake!
But please don’t go overboard! Waking up with a stomach ache because you ate too many slices of apple pie isn’t something I would recommend.
Also another great way to reduce stress is to do exercise. Going out for a walk or doing some yoga are some great ways to clear your head.
Maybe eventually you could do some gymnastics! But anyways just take some time out of your schedule and just enjoy yourself. You’ll start feeling better in no time. Remember everything will turn out OK!
