— waiting for the bus ;
the first time, she had brushed off as a slight of vision. the result of exhaustion and lack of proper lighting on the streets, which was more than typical of heukyang at night. most were relieved if the fixtures came on at all.
but the second time, she knew. it wasn't a mistake or a trick. the kid was spontaneously appearing ( or disappearing ) at times and he had to be a mutant. not brotherhood, of course, although she rarely kept track of the new recruits, but he was a mutant nonetheless. finding another mutant on the streets wasn't rare or something to note, in her opinion.
heukyang was practically crawling with them and there was more that had no knowledge of their status, herself included when she was a teenager — which the male had to be. her eyes drifted to the way he was dressed and she could only imagine that he wasn't expecting to appear at this particular bus stop. she hadn't been either, but she stayed, lingering about to watch the young male.
from the looks of it, in an attempt to return from wherever he had come from, he resolved to take the bus. why not? he was already there anyway. so, in a way, it could be said that the next course of action hyuna took was helpful. kind even.
a hand forcefully pressing against his back, she shoved the young mutant in front of the bus' path as it came. she just wanted to make sure he didn't miss it.
