Finally she had time to herself, or so Judith thought.
The past few hours had been quite busy for the young Krityan mother. First there was the birth of her newborn child, the small check up then and people visiting her. Once she had gone and had a shower about an hour ago, most of the people had left to give her some space.
Leaning back against the pillows, Judith started to hum softly and her fingers traced the small pattern on the blanket which had been wrapped around her son. The blanket used to be Alvin's when he was a child, something he had quickly given to her before Judith had ordered him out of the room because he had been talking about nonsense.
Hearing the door knock, the Krityan looked up at it and stared for a moment before letting out a small sigh. Pushing the strands of her hair away from her face, Judith sat up. Company. It was something she was sure to expect quite a bit today, not that she minded.
"You can come in."
