The Show Must Go On / Dorcas and Marlene / Date TBD
[ @cherrybomb-witch ] Dorcas rapped her knuckles on the door to a tune playing somewhere deep in her mind. Her exuberance left her bouncing on her toes as she awaited the answer. She looked down at the envelope in her hand, knowing full and well the contents were a one and a million chance, and there was only one person she knew would appreciate the chance as much as she did. Marlene. For years she’d been running set lists by the blonde to play at the station. Hell, it was even Marlene who convinced Dorcas to stop being scared to play muggle music on the air. The world deserved to hear it, after all. Which was why she owed this opportunity to her friend. Somehow WNN was included in a country wide give away trying to promote more business for the band, which meant two backstage passes for a whole festival. One whole weekend sans war and violence and general Order business was right up Dorcas’ alley, and she knew Marlene would feel the same. Her excitement began to get the best of her. Another set of pointed knocks fell to the door, this time accompanied by, “Hell, it’s me, Marlene! Open up! You aren’t going to believe what I got today.”
