The chill of the morning cooled the mans bare feet, as he poured two cups of coffee. It was still pretty early in morning, that Hannibal assumed that most of the house was still asleep. Hearing light footsteps once or twice, only to hear the flush of a toilet and retreating footsteps back into their rooms. Pushing the sleeves of his red knitted sweater up to his forearm, he quickly washed his hands before beginning on breakfast. The only sounds now were the sizzle of the pan, and Hannibal cracking an egg. He would have cooked up some ‘sausage’ as well, but figured for Will’s sake he would keep to eggs and toast for breakfast. Tilting his head, he could still pick up the smell of Will on his sweater. Bringing a small smirk onto his lips, he missed the embrace of the sleeping man next to him. But he wanted to cook up breakfast and make some coffee before he woke, hearing footsteps he listened carefully before turning around right as the toast popped up. Putting an even amount of butter on each slice, he moved towards the stove move the eggs a bit before scraping them into a medium glass bowl. Grabbing the plate of toast and the glass bowl, Hannibal turned and walked over towards the table placing them down. Walking back to get the cups of coffee, Hannibal smiled. “Good morning Will, and Merry Christmas.” Turning around he greeted Will with a nod, before handing him a cup. “I made breakfast.”
