TO BE COMPLETELY FAIR , the wizard shouldn’t be the ONLY one getting the blame pinned on him. after all , if the old brute hadn’t tried to stop him and his companion from leaving ---- he wouldn’t have had the need to send the man walking backwards and CONVENIENTLY into his other friends , who were also trying to cause a scene. this entire night had flipped into a disaster in the making quicker than he could’ve imagined and yet , much to his surprise , the young girl behind him hadn’t asked to LEAVE.
not even when the bartender shouted profanity at them in an unknown language and certainly not when howl had to GENTLY slide her away from an oncoming vase.
>but he didn’t blame her. if he were being honest --- this was probably the MOST excitement he’s had in a while , outside of the king’s tasks and he could only assume she felt the same way.
“ gentlemen , ” and his tone , of course , was ever so light and casual , while waving away another male who was trying to sneak in a punch at him from the side. “ there’s really no need for this to be happening. ”
and turning to look at the younger girl , howl would offer a smile and a curious raise of his eyebrows.
“ ------------- don’t tell me you’re actually enjoying this , miss. ”
