I forgot to post my latest linoprint! Here's my take on Misa Amane, inspired by Judith & Holophernes from the doujinshi "Bible" :3

TW gore, mention of abuse

It always bothered me that Misa was so utterly devoted to Light. She was capable and smart! Flawed, yes, but it felt so weird that the story downgraded her to a mere tool for Light to use whenever convenient, and then toss her aside. Surely her entire character can't just be a plot device to give the main villain some additional plot armor? I was waiting for her to take her power back but that moment never came. It's even canon that she later died of suicide bc she missed her abuser so much.
