I saw your question in the queer teens community, but I couldn’t answer there as I am not a member of it. I’ll answer here.

Lesboy is a contradictory label meaning that one is in some way a male, and is in some way a lesbian.

This could be a trans man identifying as a lesbian before they came out as trans, and they still have a connection to the lesbian label.

This could be a genderfluid individual who still identifies as a lesbian even when they are male or masculine aligning.

This could be a multigender person who is male and female (or other gender(s)) who is a lesbian.

There are other ways to be a lesboy, too. I recommend checking out the lesboy page on the lgbtqia.wiki

I have not encountered a lesboy who is a perisex cisgender male.

(And I’m not calling you queerphobic as you haven’t done this, but it is queerphobic to say that contradictory labels such as lesboys are invalid)
