My best friend is literally the best. He is there for me whenever I need him, even if it’s in the middle of the night, if we’re busy with schedules or haven’t been talking for a few days in a row. He’s there, ready to comfort me, to give me advice (which are surprisingly good, by the way) - and most importantly he always brings food. I mean, what more could I ask for? I feel like I can talk to him about just everything. He never judges me or makes fun of me (at least not seriously) for my decisions and my feelings. He always seems to know what to say and even when he doesn’t, he gives me a shoulder to lean on and forget about anything bad that happened for a while. Sometimes I really wouldn’t know what I’d do without him.

We’ve never met but we shower at the same time and our showers are on opposite sides of the same apartment wall so sometimes we start duets?

Taemin slowly started to wonder if he was only imagining this or if it indeed was reality. This must be the, ‘what, fifth time or something?’ in a row that he and his neighbor went showering at the freaking same time. Their apartments were right next to one another and apparently their bathrooms were too, with their showers at the side of the wall that was separating their homes . And like the last few times, they had a shower-duet. It all had started when the other male sung his lungs out and Taemin simply couldn’t help himself but to join the song back then. Ever since they seemed to … kind of meet up for showering and singing together.

When he was done and dressed, however, he decided to see who his neighbor actually was and who that beautiful voice belonged to. So he walked over to the apartment next to his own, knocking gently on the door, his hair still wet, hands in the pockets of his hoodie and feet wearing his home-slippers, while he waited for the door to open and reveal the secret.
