had a party at the league. he hated it and didn't really want to, but, well... regional champion means social obligations. he brought his younger brother along, partly for company he likes, partly for an excuse to avoid other people. he locked himself in the bathroom for a while to get away from agatha. it didn't work out so well. overall it was an... okay night... the party watched the ball drop together.
he hasn't made any resolutions this year, specifically, i think... he's not feeling well lately. i think he's at the point where he broke up with brock recently, actually.

spent it with astor...? it's officially his birthday now. he doesn't enjoy this time of year much at all, but his birthday the very least; he misses his parents a lot. he's been introspective and withdrawn lately. things are getting big for him, so he doesn't have much time to devote to these matters anyway, but i think he at least had a decent evening... i hope so. he deserves that.

went out partying. probably with sidney. his new years resolution is to make sidney his boyfriend. i'm disgusted.
wally (+ will & cassius)
he was hanging out with... willie and cassius... i don't know when will and cassius became friends, but tonight was the first time wally met him. for some reason he gets along really well with those two? they had a lot of fun. wally doesn't drink, but cassius drank a bit and will ended up drunk. they played board games all evening until will got bored and wandered into the other room to Jam Out and then they watched a movie until the ball dropped.
he has a lot of health related goals, you know, in general... he also wants to do more socially. he has a very well rounded goal set and he's very hopeful. will teased him about wanting to kiss may lmfao (cassius brought up wes until will kissed him to shut him up, they are both terrible)

i think he watched a bunch of movies and drank a bottle of (very cheap) champagne at home. i don't know if he really has friends who would invite him out. that's depressing wow

stayed home with his mother. they ordered pizza and meant to stay up to watch the ball drop but they ended up passing out on the couch by 11.

i take back what i tweeted earlier; he worked DJing through the evening. it was... well, it was something to do, and i suppose he enjoyed it. mostly it's not like he has anyone to spend it with anyway, and he doesn't go out by himself, so why not?

HAHA HOO BOY... hoo boy... he had a work party earlier and he wasn't even drunk by the end of it. he was planning on a nice night, which is, well, i don't know. i had a word in mind but i lost it. the point is that didn't happen. halfway through the night he got into a fight with lysandre, left home, called some friends, and went out to a party with them. there's a difference between "drunk because it's fun" and "drunk because I'm angry" sycamore and the latter is... not good? not good. i think he started out acting like everything was fine but by the end of the night everyone could tell it wasn't. i don't know where he is right now other than he tried a hotel but didn't have a reservation, couldn't get diantha to answer, and is very adamant on not going home for... some time... i think (hope?) he's staying with a friend for the night. i know he called akiyama for about half an hour from the lab when his cell died; i don't know why they're so comfortable voicing discomfort to each other.
i don't think he'll go to diantha's tomorrow just because obviously that's the first place to find him and he wants to be left alone until he decides he feels like not being quite so angry anymore. i don't think he MEANS it but starting the year off fighting after barely getting engaged turned into "well if he's so unhappy about it maybe i should just call it off".
