Hey, everyone! This is a heads-up that I’ll be doing a massive blog and muse overhaul over the coming month. This blog has started to feel too cluttered, and I’ve noticed that I’ve been forcing myself to write certain muses, which has been affecting my mood and my time here. So, I think that moving to a NEW MULTIMUSE will help me. I put up the muse list there, so you can see who will be kept and who won’t be.

I’ll be keeping only a handful of muses ( mainly my female muses ), so most of my threads will be dropped by the time I transfer to the new blog ( on or before Feb. 16 ). If you want to continue a thread, and I’m still writing the muse on the new blog, feel free to tell me so that we can continue it there! ^-^ I hope all of you understand, and if you choose not to follow me over there, it’s okay! It’s been a pleasure to be mutuals ( and in some cases, writing partners ) with all of you. <3 

Re: queued replies: Most of my replies have been placed in the queue, which runs all the way to mid-March. I’ll keep them there and let them post as scheduled. :) If it’s your turn on our thread, and it won’t be continued, you don’t need to reply to it anymore. :o

En Sabah-Nur had left a lasting impression on those who he’d interacted with. Even he had been visibly affected by his time with the all-powerful mutant. Not only did he feel his powers growing, but he also learned a few things about mutants and humans. 

Mostly that humans would never fully trust mutants, no matter what the former said. No matter how hard Charles wanted to believe otherwise.

But he also remembered the powerful relics in the ancient pyramid. It was highly unlikely that Psylocke or the other former members of their group decided to check if the relics were still there, but to be sure, he decided to visit the pyramid himself. Maybe one of them had the ability to bring someone back from the dead. Maybe he still had a chance to save his family.

He wasn’t expecting to see anyone else there, so the moment he saw someone else’s shadow on the wall, he froze, only to narrow his eyes at the scepter they were holding.

Verse 1: Prince of the Dark Court

Born to Lady Beatrice Sharpe, a human aristocrat, and Deorsa, the king of the Dark fey. Younger half-brother of Lucille Sharpe and older half-brother of Lile Lacey. Both he and Lucille were taken from James Sharpe's custody when the former was barely a year old and raised in the Dark Court. Due to being fully human, Lucille aged faster than her brother, dying when she was 85 years old ( he physically looked 15 at the time ). Currently lives with his father and half-sister in the fey realm. His real name is unknown, though he goes by the name T.homas William S.harpe. abilities: telekinesis, proficiency with knives and other bladed weapons, shapeshifting, extensive knowledge in magic ( specifically the dark arts ), telepathy ( strongest when communicating with his younger half-sister )

Verse 2: He who puts the laughter in slaughter

Resurrected by a dark witch shortly after his death in Cumbria, he has no memories of his former life. After being granted immortality ( the limit of which is that his life force is linked to that of the witch's, whose life is, in turn, tied to the earth ), he chooses to roam the known world and learn all that he possibly can. Though outwardly gentlemanly, such a positive demeanor masks an even darker soul, marred by death and the witch’s power and influence. abilities: adept with poisons, proficient with knives and methods of torture

Magic was nothing new to him. Arthur was part Atlantean, a race that was supposedly wiped out eons ago. Most of his friends had unique, and even godly, capabilities, which was why the concept of portals should have occurred to him. But he’d miscalculated the currents, which easily swept him away from his intended route and down a black hole in the middle of the coral reef.

Had he been unable to survive underwater, he would have drowned.

The next thing he knew was seeing bright sunlight above him, the smooth, hard pebbles on his back, and the hem of a silk dress fluttering over his skin. Had someone managed to pull him out? Impossible.

To hear of a family member’s death was not nice. Athos hadn’t been particularly close to his younger half-brother, Edward, but he did respect the man. So, when he was informed that Edward and his wife, Lani, had drowned on a shipping voyage, he expressed his deepest condolences to his half-sister-in-law’s family. It was from them that he learned that Edward had had one daughter, Hokulani. While he had no legal obligation to take care of her ( her maternal relatives were closer to her in blood, after all ), he decided to take her in. It was very quiet in the de la Fere estate, especially whenever he was called to Paris to train the newer Musketeers. The house could use some laughter and a young woman’s touch.

So, he wrote a letter to his half-niece ( or rather, he had someone transcribe his words ) telling her of who he was and asking her to live with him in France. He would pay for her passage to France and her transport to his home, and once there, everything would be ready for her. She was free to refuse if she wanted, and he had the letter sent off. But, as was often normal for Athos, he soon forgot about it.

Thus, he was away from the estate that day, leaving Estella, the head servant, to greet the young woman when she arrived. She’d heard rumors that her master was accepting family in his childhood home, but she refused to believe it until she saw that dainty hand appear on the carriage window.

                   “Do you get lost often?”

He wondered if it was just him. Him, the boy who could run too fast for his own good. But the structure was large and complex, filled with things that he didn’t dream were possible. He’d been in there for a few years already, but he somehow found himself getting lost whenever he was alone. It was an unfortunate fact, and it was also something that he hated a LOT.

He didn’t remember asking for a leggy blonde to assist him, but things in Macmillan Utility were getting a little hectic. His secretary was competent when it came to typing, but socially her skills were a little lacking. Joe preferred someone more outgoing. An ‘instant date’ during public events, per se. Cameron used to be his, but ever since they parted ways....

Joe set the file folder down and eyed her. She didn’t look like a regular applicant, but there were those who liked to keep themselves apart from the other corporate drones.
