“all those medicines in there are vitamins. you take them to feel better. make your skin feel good, and your hair. though you don’t take them every day of course.” she was trying to explain this to aspen, while she was getting the needle and that ready for her. “these shots will help you not get sick. i promise they won’t hurt. you can even try some on me, okay? we’ll play for a bit, and then we’ll do the real thing.” she needed to get her vaccinated so she didn’t end up being sick down here. raven also needed to get aspen’s blood thickened, so if anything did happen, she was going to lose too much of it, since her blood didn’t clot. “how does that sound? want to play doctor?”

going to the island

she was excited that they were going back to their little beach to find little treasures. she was bouncing around the rig telling everyone what her and her nomi were going to do today. ravion seemed a little sick, and aspen stayed away from her, not wanting to get sick either, but she found her nomi who hadn’t left the room. “oh nomi. i was looking all over for you. there was this biggest sharks in the waters, and i threw my round toy at it, and well...now that toy is gone. but we gets to go to the island right, nomi? i’m so excited, nomi. we going to make so many pretty things, and you can make ravion pretty things, and i’ll make adria pretty things, and of course you nomi.” all of this probably made no sense, as she hadn’t taken a breath and was bouncing up and down on the spot. “you excited nomi? i’m verwy excited.”

“nomi.” aspen whispers as she peers around the door so she could see her nomi. the little one scampered out of the bathroom to run up to her nomi. “it’s all flushed, nomi.”

The Claw sat in the Great Hall and watched a student getting grilled by a professor. He knew it wasn't polite to laugh, but the older boys around him were laughing as well. He snorted and giggled before noticing he made eye contact with the othet student.
