1 September 2015;; Tried making Avocado Eggs today! Was always intrigued by this when I saw it on BuzzFeed. Had a bit of problems with the eggs staying in the avocado itself, because there was just too much egg white. It tasted okay but the avocado was a bit overcooked because it was ripe. Would probably use less ripe avocados the next time! (It does look pretty good though hoho)
