One thing I don’t understand about the Mr. Robot fandom AT ALL is their love of Tyrell and his (obviously) mutually abusive relationship.Like, he’s obviously NOT going to survive to the end of the show; if Elliot is as insane as Sam is starting to hint at, Elliot’s gonna loose his shit and let Robot talk him into doing SOMETHING about Tyrell that’ll either get Tyrell in prison for the rest of his life or kill him. And don’t even get me started on how toxic and abusive Tyrell and Joanna are to each other. The first interactions we see between them, she tries emotionally manipulate him into staying home, and he, in turn, grabs her face and then shoves it away, saying that his neglect to her wants (whatever they may be at the moment) is for the family. And it only gets worse from there?
WHY DO YOU GUYS THINK THAT’S CUTE? It’s literally the worst kind of relationship you can be in. Both people are competing to have dominance over the other and everyone around them thinks its cute because it just looks like banter, but its actually REALLY REALLY BAD???
