「 mooncake」

She would not consider herself as someone with a sweet tooth, but she’s definitely a foodie.  Despite her rigorous day, not to mention long nights, Olivia always finds herself snacking throughout the day rather than actually having a whole meal. Of course, this isn’t a healthy habit, but when one is a full-time university student with a part-time job at a club, there really isn’t time to sit down and just, well to eat properly. 

She does, however, allow herself to give in to her random food cravings. So when her tummy rumbles for some mooncakes, Olivia takes it by stride and quickly finds herself the nearest bakery where she was. Which in this case would be Mayflour bakery. Stepping into the cute little spot, she pops up towards the cashier and request for what she’s craving. “Hi! Would you happen to have some mooncakes today?”

“Oops.” (Alain and Penelope, you knew it had to be done lol)

Of course, it was on a rooftop, on the warm-ish winter’s day.  Alain had decided to train, since it had been a while for him.  The green throw-over had come off first, followed by his grey shirt underneath.  A surprising mix of pale and tan skin ushered itself in before the light of the sun, a reasonably muscled man yet not gaudy. Not to mention the six pack seen below, peeking out faintly from his smooth skin that was pockmarked with scars in various places.  One such scar was his shoulder area, though it was healing.  

The Prince set himself in the starting stance..and then simply moved as the Master Instructor had taught him, quick and fast blows, kicks and palm strikes..intense in nature.  His hair moved with the breeze, becoming messy as the training went on.

Musing.

Alain stood on a rooftop overlooking the vast cityscape, not cold despite a brisk breeze. His mind was elsewhere..when in doubt, follow your heart, his father had said. He believed the sage words, but was grappling with ever new and present emotions. "My heart, right?" the prince whispered aloud, a fist curled over the spot on his chest. Emotions, as well as a body, were so inconvenient..but they had their good points. Or in his case, a brief daydream about the finest hair and smile he had seen in a long time... @ventaranxonyx

a few notes regarding my post-Ghost vision of the Ganma World.

The New Ganma are the remnants of the people who first moved to that world.  Their leader is Empress Alia, who took the throne after half of their family was destroyed in search of power.

The heir apparent is Prince Alain, the youngest surviving son of now-deceased Emperor Adonis.  Also head of the Guardian Corps.

The Guardian Corps are the protectors of the New Ganma world.  Currently Alain leads them, along with his former instructor Gyro as Dark Necrom R, a heroic Javert who splits his time between worlds as Dark Necrom B, and Irina, the surviving head of the Dark Arts / Science Corps, as Dark Necrom P.  There is a yet unknown fifth member who would take the last Dark Necrom system if the occasion arose.

The Dark Arts / Science Corps are responsible not only for research going forward but also for searching for signs of the Great Eye’s revival, terraforming of the land into a more habitable state, and for investigating the secrets of the Monoliths.  Magistrate Irina heads up this department, with the former Magistrate Eadith as her advisor and priest of the DaiTenkuu Temple on Earth, presently the only connection between the two worlds.  Igor is a mid-level worker who has much shame for his actions in the previous life, and has a crush on Akari it seems.

Allies from Earth assisting in the reconstruction are Makoto and Kanon Fukami, along with Tsukimura Akari from time to time.
