alexandru is my comfort character. whenever I don’t know what to draw or I’m having an art block I always doodle him... so expect more drawings of him in the future. 👀

What are your thoughts regarding Alex's voice?

[[ Most of our male singers have rather… high, soft voices (the person I always think about is Smiley lol he’s got a baby angel voice) compared to what you’d expect so I’m integrating that into Alex–but since he’s lived for such a long time (and adding the fact he smokes as well), it is on the deeper side, but not extremely, and can be kinda scruffy, to say? But that only shows on a bad day for him, definitely not when he sings. 

This song portrays it pretty well (sadly it’s the only one from Byron where the singer’s voice is… like that, for some reason). I also have Doru Todoruţ, Deepcentral’s singer, on the list but there’s no goddamn interview where he’s speaking more than 2 words at a time and/or he sounds dead inside, so I’ll leave that out for now ]]
