5 Random Facts about Ariadne

1. She can’t swim. Ariadne can manage about a doggy paddle, but that’s it. She’s utterly useless in water and is a bit nervous about going any deeper than her chest as a result.

2. She spent a solid day scraping the logos off her suit of armour once she left Tevinter with a borrowed file. She couldn’t get the Sword of Mercy off her chest and heavily considered covering it up somehow. She tried to fill it in, with help, but anyone looking can still see the faint sword on her breastplate.

3. She absolutely loves to slide down bannisters. 

4. She once drank a Qunari under the table in a Rivaini tavern. Just barely. She has never been so hungover as she was that morning, and it just about put her off alcohol entirely.

5. She spent quite a bit of time in her father’s workshop as a child, watching him work on amulets and spells. She liked to help when she could, though when she got older, it was more of a reminder that she didn’t have the ability to help him.

My muse’s opinion of your museThe only muse of mine who has met Nyssa so far is Ariadne, so that’s who I’m going with. Ariadne really likes Nyssa, though it has been a while since they interacted (and ARIADNE MISSES HER, HMU DUDE). She thinks of Nyssa like a younger sister and she very much wants to make Nyssa happy in any way that she can think of. And protect her and all those such things. Her birth family is back in Tevinter, but Nyssa seems to be part of the little makeshift family that Ariadne is making elsewhere.

My opinion of your museIn truth, I haven’t had enough of a chance to get to know Nyssa more, but what I have seen so far, I really like. I like Nyssa’s personality, her sense of humour, and the spark of wit in their conversations. I like learning more about her and seeing those little insecurities come out. It’s important to see those things and see characters overcome them. 

My favorite part about our muse’s interactionsTheir banter is definitely up there. They have a great dynamic together, and I love their humour, especially when they were pretending to write about Varric. That was absolutely brilliant. I desperately need more of that kind of humour for Ariadne. 

A wish/plot I want to write for our musesMORE. Just MORE. I loved their thread and I would love to see more of them in any situation possible. Maybe more of Ariadne helping Nyssa in her romantic endeavours, or maybe teaching her to fight?

A way your muse has made mine betterI can’t say. They don’t have that much of a relationship at the moment. She does make Ariadne want to be protective. There is that. But I don’t have enough of a basis to work with to decide if there is more there.
