((I’m doing two versions for this one: one for ‘now’, and one from the past because there was actually almost an instant where Sharky was gonna fight Buddy with ill intent.))

Battle Intro:

~Now~ “if i win, i’m picking the movie this time. don’t worry, i’ll make sure it’s dork-appropriate.”

~Before~ “i warned you to stay away, ‘buddy’. i told you i’m not a good person.”

Victory: 

~Now~ “well that was fun. but maybe next time we’ll stick with monopoly. ....even though it’s a longass fucking game. what? nothing, nothing~”

~Before~ “that’s what i fucking thought. now either scram while you have the chance or dust here and now.”

Half HP:

~Now~ “heh, you might be small, but you sure do pack a wallop, eh?”

~Before~ “if you think i’m letting up just because of this, you’re wrong.”

Low HP:

~Now~ “g-goddamn... sh...shortcake..? b-buddy..? you’re being a l-little... h-heh... a little strong there...”

~Before~ “i-i’m not... going to stop! fight back or run!”

Defeat:

~Now~ [He just passes out and snores.]

~Before~ “hngh... well? don’t j-just stand there, finish it!”

Death: 

~Now~ “...h-heh... i guess... you were keeping your promise... huh?”

~Before~ [He’d stare passively at the sky/ceiling, before smiling ruefully.] “so what..? i’ll come back.” “...i always come back.”

Assist: 

~Now~ “okay, who’s ass am i kicking.”

~Before~ “don’t read into it. i’m only here because no one would shut up about it.”

Taunt: 

~Now~ “aww, you look cute jumping around like that~”

~Before~ “heh, you think you’re a challenge?”

Reacting to Taunt: 

~Now~ “...wait, you found my baby pictures?!”

~Before~ “shut up and fight.”

Flee: 

~Now~ “WAIT!” [Waits for Buddy to freeze, before catching him off guard with a skull-clack and then shortcutting the hell out.]

~Before~ [He wouldn’t flee.]

Reacting to Flee:

~Now~ “....i blinked and missed it.”

~Before~ “and don’t come back. ever.”

Tie: 

~Now~ “that’s fine with me, heh.”

~Before~ “......”

Perfect Victory: 

~Now~ “w-woah, i didn’t think i would- are you okay shortcake? you didn’t let your guard down on purpose, did you?”

~Before~ “what? did you actually believe i was going to go easy on you? heh, or did you think i wouldn’t have it in me to kill?”

Low HP Victory:

~Now~ “just gonna... lay down... and... uuuuuuugh...”

~Before~ [Difficult breathing] “you just... ngh... couldn’t stay down, could you? why were you fighting so hard anyway? you.... ughn... only have yourself... to b-blame...”

Finishing Move:

~Now~ He’d wait for Buddy to come in for a close up attack just to sidestep and then glomp him from behind. After that he’ll just keep him trapped in his arms.

~Before~ He’d soul magic Buddy to the ground, and press his foot to his chest to keep him there. And as he looms over him, he’d summon a few bones slowly, poised right over him and dangerously close. Looking him right in the eye all the while. “you should of stayed away.”

✠ on yesterday ✠ some things came up for us... Both. ✠ Memories are starting to mix, something that is honestly ✠ terrifying ✠ We tried messaging Devil. She being the only other fusion, it seemed like the best option. ✠ ✠ It wasn't. ✠ she wasn't that bad it was just ✠ o v erwh elming ✠ the only advice we got was ✠ to see ourselves as one person and ✠ ✠ we logged off ✠ we weren't doing well ✠ what if we don't ✠ unfuse and this is ✠ permanent ✠ ✠ what about the scars ✠ 'forced fusion leaves scars' ✠ ✠w hat ifwelo se ourselves ✠ ✠ We invited someone else over ✠ That knew SHIT all about fusion but ✠ ✠ He gave us what we needed ✠ three journals. One for each of us and one to ✠ share ✠ we've already started using them ✠ and while it doesnt fix whats happening ✠ its getting ✠ a little better
