VISUAL ATTRACTIVENESS: 💗💗💗💗💗 ( let me just sit here and start off with the fact that he’s always had his eye on chie. even before they got the chance to get to know each other better, even before they were both involved in the whole kidnapping incidents. chie isn’t afraid to dress the way she wants to, even if a good portion of the time she’s doing it to keep up appearances and opinions of her, but there’s something about that he finds admirable. also, her love for piercings and body jewelry is like a+++ in his books. purple is a lovely color for her, and gosh, there are just moments in between their usual banter that he just takes time to admire her. in moments of calm when she’s at peace with things and doing something she enjoys. it’s been more than once that he’s had to look away out of genuine surprise and embarrassment. chie, like the remaining members of their IT just has a loveliness to her that leaves pleasant butterflies in his stomach, and he’s always ready to tell her just that. also, have you seen those guns she’s sporting? they are swoon worthy and he’s more than ready to be whisked away in her powerful arms to valhalla )

FRIENDSHIP LEVEL: 💗💗💗💗💗 ( even before they became teammates in the whole TV world shenanigans, the two of them managed to befriend one another and just… bond over things. a lot of talking and getting to know each other in between the strange activity happening around town. by the time either one of them goes missing due to being kidnapped, it’s not much of a surprise how scared they are for their safety. chie going as far as to call souji the minute yosuke’s midnight channel viewing comes on to urge him that they go into the TV right that instant speaks wonder to their first meeting! )
