maybe it was his dragon’s foot or just ever present battle strategy that reminded him of how excellent foliage was for hiding out, but jae-ha found himself naturally in the trees while scouting out the area. sure he could jump from roof to roof like he did in awa, but no one really suspected a flying something whenever it landed in the trees; most would just assume he was an overgrown bird and while that idea didn’t sit quite well in his stomach, it was a necessary evil when appropriate. that much was expected.
what he wasn’t expecting though, was someone else to also be in this tree when he landed in it. he blinked, balanced himself, and passed over a friendly smile.
“hello~ wasn’t expecting to meet another face up here. this is a pretty curious place for you to be, miss.”
