Emerald was lipsyncing to the song, while dancing on the stage, having fun. She saw the handsome guy watching her from the front seat and gave him a playful wink with a grin. She turned, flipping her hair over her shoulder, walking to the center of tha stage, swaying her hips.

I ended up running to the grocery store and grabbing a carton full of strawberry ice cream for Primrose, hoping that that would make her feel better since it’s her favorite flavor. I came back to see her holding Emerald and talking softly almost as to not scare him. It was so sweet to see her caring for him, it filled me with a new sort of feeling that I didn’t know what it was. So I just passed it off and took care of her the whole night which I didn’t mind. As long as she was happy, I was happy.

My luck seemed to start pretty early that day because when I went outside to pay my bills I found this cute little turtle and decided to keep him as company. I named him Emerald because it just seemed fitting. Today has gotten off to a great start, here’s to hoping that it gets even better.

Emerald let out a soft gasp of shock. “I’m sorry, what?” She asked, staring at the other. “What the hell did you just say?” She asked. She couldn’t believe the words that came out of their mouth. It was definitely unexpected.

Lemme tell u a thing about Doranbolt and SEX.

So basically, they ARE a good bit alike and her company really is refreshing to him BUT he tends to get a bit of a 'pity' vibe because he's well aware of the fact that she was 'forced' into the position of being the princess (i.e. didn't really have another choice tbh) and since even he isn't too fond of being kept in a frame (see his childhood and the fact that he ran away from home because his parents were going to force him into something) he can't help but feel bad about her?

And tbh speaking strictly shipy here, he'd start to feel a certain need to make her feel loved at some point and giving affection of any kind just sounds like a really good plan and put aside that he does think she's attractive and he does like her, which are great to start off considering to sleep with someone, he thinks maybe the gesture would be actually kind of nice for her because it's still, if done right, a display of affection to Doranbolt.

It might be A TAD awkward afterwards though but it'd make him oddly happy if she enjoyed it (which in itself sounds kinda adorable and a little naive tbh but hey) and the thought sounds tempting to him, personally, as well. But you know, wanting to and going for it or making it obvious that he'd want to are different pairs of shoes.

So yeah. He's all about being nice, basically. YES.
