In The End for Eddsworld, Tord comes back to get the robot from the house. Of course, he has to bypass his friends in order to do so and ends up exploding in the robot. Now, Tord cared A LOT about Matt and Edd and after the robot exploded he seems to regret it or something along those lines. He looks down at the three figures with an upset look
How this parallels Mads? Well, both Tord and Mads only do certain extreme actions when they believe they have reached a state of true security.
Tord didn't get the robot right away. In fact, he was trying to obtain it without the trio's knowing. And after he did get it, his pride kicked in as he knocked down the walls of friendship he had formed with Matt and Edd and received hell for it. His true intentions were uncovered and he received hell for it.
Mads is extremely similar to that situation. As people have read stuff on this blog are away, Mads has secrets. A secret plan, to be exact, and one that I've foreshadowed is a possible threat to the Red Army. Mads has also been busy. Busy with securing strong and friendly relationships with people. Once they think they have achieved the safe state. Well, look back to my analysis of Tord and the robot.
