     “ Ah, there you are, Ken-ken! ” Upon spotting him, her expression immediately brightens. Truth be told, after noticing he wasn’t there in the club room, Vivian had spent quite a while strolling through the monotonous hallways winding through Kishimai Highschool and asking around other students if they knew of his whereabouts, that upon finally recognizing Kensuke exiting the men’s restroom, she couldn’t help  BEAMING. 

     ...At the same time, though, this probably wasn’t the best place to meet, prompting her to eventually cease with an awkward bow of the head. “ Er... don’t worry, I wasn’t actually planning on heading inside. Why, if anything, it was by mere coincidence I was simply passing by... ” Vivian attempts to reassure him. “ Granted, I was aimlessly wandering around, searching for you; still, I would never go as far as to scour the men’s bathroom, no matter how desperately I wanted to see your cute, adorable face! ”

     ...Perhaps she was revealing way too much at this point, yet nevertheless, the last  THING  Vivian wanted is Kensuke accusing her of having plans to sneak through the men's restroom.

This is a Caligula Effect verse specifically made for @arskaerenetia​’s Kensuke and it occurs a year after the Go-Home Club manages to return back to reality. Basically, though:

Vivian will automatically be shipped with Kensuke by default, so in this verse, she will naturally be single ship.

After recovering from the effects of Astral Syndrome, she ended up taking a break from college to work full time at a library and managed to save up enough money to travel to Japan, due to the fact she had always wanted to visit. In fact, Vivian felt so strongly about this, her mother ended up keeling and letting her go vacation there with her older sister.

As of now, she’s staying with her in a small two story aparment, but Vivian is prolonging their stay as much as possible by taking on part time jobs. At some point, though, she ended up getting her motorcycle license and a motorbike, which led her to eventually quit her other jobs to become a delivery girl for a ramen shop. At the moment, she works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, but during her free days, she makes time for her weeb-y hobbies and pestering Kensuke.

Though Vivian does still have a Canadian accent when she speaks Japanese, she knows enough to get by, due to her studying up on the language and Kensuke having helped her before her arrival in Japan. Of course, she initially struggled to maintain a productive routine, but is working hard with adhering to her schedules and developing more healthy habits.

“Huh? ....Aaah, you heard that?”

He’d only meant to hum a few bars to himself to get the hang of the tune, but it appears he’s been caught in the act of vocalizing. How embarrassing. Adjusting his glasses as if it might alleviate his cheeks of the red tint that painted them, Kensuke exhaled a little in an effort to calm himself down.

“I....just know a little bit. It’s not a lot, just enough to know a few notes.”

It had been difficult not to pick up at least some semblance of music whilst inside Mobius, surrounded by Ostinatio Musicians and a wide range of melodies.

“I’m not very good, as you can see.”

     “ Mmhm! I honestly thought a Disney prince trespassed his way through our club room at first, ” Vivian nods. It hadn’t really been her intention to  EAVESDROP  on Kensuke, but well, she happened to have heard his angelic voice while outside the door and before she knew it, she just continued standing there, riveted to the spot. Of course, the moment he made that self deprecating remark, she’ll release an incredulous gasp. 

      “ Nonsense, Ken-ken! If being a composer doesn’t end up working out for you, you could easily switch career paths and become a singer, ” Vivian exclaims. Though she doesn’t doubt Kensuke would  SUCCEED  as a composer, her point still stands, for she enjoyed his voice so much, she wouldn’t mind attending every single concert he performed at.

     “ Seriously, though, I’m your biggest fan! Please send me your first album once it releases, ” Vivian goes on to insist. Why, tthe other Go Home Club members might make fun of her expressing such an unpopular opinion, yet nevertheless, she truly believed that as far as three dimensional boys were concerned, Kensuke happened to be far dreamier than both Izuru or Ike-P comibned. Not only did he give off ‘dominant kouhai’ vibes, he also looked good in glasses and knew how to sing! What was there not to find attractive?

Somewhat scolding, but Kensuke's being more or less gentle and incredibly careful as he brushes Vivian's hair.

     “ N-No...  ” Vivian sheepishly admits as he proceeds to gently run a comb through dark raven tresses, which happened to be an unruly mess of knots and clumps from  BEHIND  her head. Honestly, she does have a habit of neglecting it, especially since getting up was already hard enough as it is with how much she hated brushing her teeth, so naturally, giving it a good brush was something she forgot.

    Granted, ever since she moved to Japan, Vivian did get better at making sure her hair was more presentable looking, but there were times where it slipped her mind. “ I actually stayed up late, binge-watching this anime that came out two months ago, b-but the characters were all sexy butlers, that I couldn’t resist! ” Upon having finally concluded her explanation, she begins leaning forward, causing some black strands to fall before one bespectacled eye.

       “ Then I fell asleep and dreamt about you in a butler costume... ”
