dialogue, I’ve been told. though most of it is usually written at ungodly hours of the morning while sleep deprived, so maybe I’m on to something here.... haha
also I think I’ve gotten a lot better with breaking out descriptions between both narrative and dialogue so that there aren’t huge chunks of information being dumped onto the reader all at once

nnOOOOO kise shuts himself down and he tries to talk to aomine but it gets harder because aomine isnt listening and it makes him feel unneeded asfjsodijsdf poor kise :( he slowly stops bringing it up and THE WAY YOU WROTE HIM LEAVING IS SO UPSETTING IT SEEMS CASUAL AND NATURAL LIKE??
