She didn’t expect him to match her enthusiasm. It was rare that anyone did, but that didn’t bother her. She wanted to be a positive energy, even if it meant she was the only one. “Wait, really?” she questioned, not considering that he probably had no use for it, so it made no difference to him. But it made a difference to her. She loved collecting things, any thing, as little souvenirs for different memories she has. This would be the perfect one for her night spent here, at the carnival. “It’s the best start,” she said, taking the bunny from him with a wide grin. “I like the way you think,” she said with a little, nervous laugh. She stared down at the bunny for a moment before looking back up to him. “Boris,” she said, before explaining further. “He just looks like a Boris to me, I don’t know.”
Enthusiasm didn’t come easy for Kyle, nor did any range of emotion beyond a small smile, at most. It was just the way he was raised, and while excitement tended to make him cringe, he couldn’t help but admire how happy she naturally seemed to be. It didn’t seem overly forced, but a genuine reaction to everything. “Boris?” He repeated the name choice, eyeing her curiously, before finally letting out a quiet laugh. “Alright. Your bunny, your choice...” There was a brief pause, on Kyle’s half, before he gestured to another booth, “do you think Boris needs a friend?”
