Backstory: Maxie's backstory is (almost) entirely unknown, but it is presumed he had a rough start. He is naturally aggressive and persistent, and upon showing up in downtown was instantly popular. He eventually would start up a ruthless gang known as the Bandanna Brigade, and leads them with full confidence. Together, with the help of their rivals, the Green Mob, it is claimed he took down the powerful Trident gang.
Random facts:
Both Maxie and the Bandanna Brigade have a rival gang, they are known as "The Green Mob."
However, the group still attends "The Turtle Lounge," which is a brothel owned by the organized mob.
Amusingly, Maxie has extremely good table manners.
