-Despite all the guilt Vergil has and all that he has done, Sparda is quite proud of him and the level of power he has grown to. He is pleased to have an equal as his mate and would do almost anything to support and help him.

-Sparda enjoys their quiet moments where they both sit and just read or talk quietly about their days or plans. It’s the stillness and being around his mate that gives him the most joy. 

-He would never outright say it but he hopes that Vergil could be his mate forever.

👀 + Sparda/Dante romantic

-Sparda loves to spoil Dante and indulge him in anything he desires. He knows as a father he shouldn’t do that. But as a lover he adores seeing the happiness he gives him.

-Sparda always cooks meals for the both of them. And he is a pretty good cook too. He will always make sure there are fresh strawberries available for Dante and will include them in any breakfast he makes; whether on the side or in the meal itself.

Sparda has a serious naughty streak. Occasionally when Dante least expects it he will buy a sex toy and hide it in Dante’s drawers. 

BONUS: he always keeps strawberry scented lube in the nightstand even if Sparda doesn’t care much for sweet smelling things and colognes. It overwhelms his sensitive smell.
