Took me a while to find it because I'm not on Twitter but here's my artist highlight for the Bustafellows fanzine. ^^
So I was looking through one of my bins of old artwork (we're talking 4+ years ago here) for a particular ToA piece that i want to eventually re-create digitally and found this.
????
I literally don't remember why I drew this, LMAO.
@mohsthetic OOhh nice~! I love the varying lineweights and the touches of blue as highlights~!!
Yulia bless you, Dr. D, for your kind words <3. I’m very flattered as someone that has looked up to you since my old deviantart days as an artist that I aspire to be like.
You might have noticed that I’m not as active - mostly because I haven’t been doing as much art lately. I’m certainly not quitting art, it’s just more with everything going on (pandemic and other personal matters that are anxiety inducing), I’m struggling to keep myself together.
At first art was therapy which is why I was cranking out so much stuff but now, it’s not nearly enough. So I threw myself back into playing the Witcher 3: the Wild Hunt to actually complete the game and more recently I bought Dragon Quest Builders 2, which I have become so addicted to.
I know that I am not alone or unique in this situation. This pandemic has hit all of us hard.
Just remember your mental health is just as important as your physical well-being.
