He’s not really gotten more than a brief few seconds with Poseidon in...well, most of their existence if he’s honest. To Eros that is a real shame too but as far as those in his pantheon go, this particular god hasn’t caused much grief for him or for his duties as a love god. Knowing that he isn’t even that far away and having heard about him through friends Eros decides to take a more firm greeting into his hands one day.
Quick as he can the lust god makes his way to the fire station and drops a note at the main entrance.
“Poseidon,
I thought it was a shame that I haven’t had any time really to say hello to you since we both live here. Talk about a small world by the way! Anyway, I was in the library again and happened across a book about you and your many stories and thought to myself it’s high time to really make an effort to know the you of now instead of just knowing the you of my youth and from messy human accounts (which are sometimes dismally out of proportion). Hope this note finds you well and that we can make some time to connect!
-In Love-
Eros “
