She had finally done it, sending in a request to have a partner within the guild. Neo wasn’t exactly lonely, having her dragon friend sticking around most of the time, even when she didn’t want him there. But she thought it would be nice to have another person, close to a human around to interact with. The neko stretched out her arms as she waited, in the plaza, for her partner to arrive, kicking at a small rock on the ground. They already had a mission to start. And though she was impatient, it wasn’t like they were going to be late for anything.

Yang’s eyes went cold as she saw the little pink and brown runt that had been such a pain in her ass back when the Grimm Attack on Vale happened, this little girl was someone that she legitimately couldn’t beat...back then, now she was more than her spunky self, she was a warrior...someone far beyond this girls league and she was going to revel in making her pay for all that she’d done. Even if Roman wasn’t here to save her.

At this point she began to slowly make her way closer to Neo, making sure to keep herself prepared for a surprise counter-attack, who knows what this little daemon was planning
