imagine the entire dceu cast playing their dc characters, but they're all in boston with those godawful accents and they're still clark, bruce, barry, arthur, etc. but with shitty accents and crappy alterego jobs ( arthur gets stuck out on boats and ends up jumping over board every once in a while, for example )

The death of their Kal and their Lois heralds the emergence of a Clark and Lois and son from another universe. The grief for theirs is mingled with the attempts to connect with these other versions of their friends and a friendship once more forms between the Trinity of the Justice League+. The Trinity begins to reform. Lois and Diana begin to interact. For a few months, things start to normalize - the world doesn’t realize Their Superman died, Lois Lane has been given a proper burial, and Jon Smith becomes a regular amongst his friends and companions. Until Their Kal and Lois return.
No one is yet 100% certain how Their Kal and Lois returned to the land of the living, but after tests and experiments and i n v e s t i g a t i o n s, few can truly doubt that the beings that look and feel and act like Lois and Kal ARE Lois and Kal. And so the world must shift again to fit more into it, to keep the balance, to understand one another and to grow with one another.
** this au came about with talking to @scioncfel (who blessedly listens to me ramble and rant about aus way too often thank you!!!) about how interesting DC comics would have been if they’d revealed the pre!52 Clois family AND kept n52!Lois and Kal alive to try and interact with their otherselves. Because who doesn’t like an even larger Super Family + Trinity? I know I do.
@rhapsoiidos is played as the returned n52 Lois who is struggling to understand her place as Lois Lane and as Superwoman.

Rights group Gisti has documented a rise in the number of such cases going to court, and more than 100 NGOs, charities and labour unions signed a manifesto this month calling for an end to the criminalisation of humanitarian activity.

Hey y’all, this is just a little psa about my verses for Lois because, I realize, I’ve actually got quite a few.
my main verse for Lois set in the DCEU at various points in the franchise.
my young!Lois verse set in her 20s and below.
Two (2) Comics!Lois verses: 1) where Lois is a returned-from-the-dead Superwoman/nu52!Lois and 2) where Lois is pre-flashpoint Lois and she’s taken over her nu52 counterparts job at The Planet (which is a bit odd because they don’t look the same >.> but roll with it?)
Star Trek!Lois is a reporter (because although we haven’t really seen reporters in that universe, I CAnnot believe that the public does not try to hold Star Fleet and the universe accountable through free press.
Westworld!Lois is also a reporter sent in by a westworld+-critical group to act as a distraction as they try to get some information out of the company.
;offtherecord so one of the reasons i hc that lois has a shit relationship with her family is because no one from her side came to the funeral of Clark. Like, we've never seen hide nor hair of the Lane's nor even a picture. So the hc is that the relationship has been kinda trashed and is only starting to heal on a couple fronts.

hnnnggg why can’t they leave our women in peace? Let Clark be single. Let Diana be single. Let Lois be single. Let them only build one another up, not be used like petty little characters on a reality tv show or something. D: I wanna see a Kal who takes Lois’ death and does something good with it or continues as he did before. I wanna see a Diana who isn’t used as the Other Woman, who isn’t constantly tossed between Kal and Bruce like a chew toy ( ‘No! Diana can ONLY BE with KAL’ ‘NO! BRUCE!’) I love shipping and I love Diana in romances, but not when it’s just to fill a space. :/ dc wtf?
@scioncfel lol idk why but i was just so suddenly salty when i thought about dcau and a couple comics ive glanced at and i ???? Am just so confused???? Bless flashpoint for reminding me how sturdy my woman is in herself. I like cl//ois, but there are so many issues i have with how the two of em are portrayed in comics/animated relationships 😩😩
